Being on a busy city road, I expected to hear a lot of traffic noise, but the room I had was at the back of the property and I didn't hear any such noise. There was a pool available for the guests, but unusual for Adelaide at this time of year it was very cool, and didn't get much use. The room I had was quite large, with all the amenities needed. The bed was comfortable, a little on the hard side, as those who read my reviews know I like a medium comfort mattress with soft pillows, well there was a choice in the pillows, and it was just a matter of finding the right combination. There was a restaurant open, but only serving Korean style cuisine, I didn't avail myself of it, I guess my tastes are too European. But there were other eateries close by for those who like a variety.

I think the only drawback would be the size of the Bathroom, all the facilities like Vanity mirror and sink and vanity cabinets were out in the main room, the shower cubicle was a little small for the room, and there was poor lighting in it. This is possibly something that could be addressed in the future.

We did a late check-in and the process was very simple; instructions were clear and easy to follow and the key box was easy to find and use. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our request regarding mobility issues (ground floor, not far to walk) was responded to quickly and accommodated, making access to the premise easy. I travelled with my two young children (age 3 and 5) and we all had a pleasant experience. This hotel is very good for those travelling with children.

The only issue with the property is the absence of a lift to access the top floor. That said, the staff were quick to approve a ground-floor room to improve accessibility. Those requiring mobility aids would do well to request a room in the main building as the other rooms require stepping over a garden edge. Ground-floor access was not problematic to people like me with minor mobility issues requiring a walking stick or crutches at most however.

Check in and check out were easy and uncomplicated. An early issue with the room was quickly and expertly resolved, and the staff were very friendly and helpful as always. And the room I got had the BEST shower! I treated myself to a lovely shower after the kids were asleep, it was great! Having an Aldi store next door is very convenient! There's also a laundromat across the road, so it would be a good place for an extended stay.

The pool was like ice, it could do with a heater (it was a warm day). I am also not keen on having to walk past smokers, especially right next to the pool. I have asthma and my kids are little. I'm not sure if "no smoking in this block" on the wall signs refers to smoking indoors or at all, but nobody seemed to think anything of it. It would be great if the pool area and that block were non-smoking.

We traveled for a wedding and the room had everything we needed including an iron. They were in the process of renovating the rooms and had clearly thought things through, utilising the space well. Despite the unfinished rooms - the cleanliness, facilities, staff and price made our stay 95% better when compared to other much more expensive motels we have experienced over the years.

Keep going with the renovations, you're doing a great job with them so far. Need better access to powerpoint for the beds.

We family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. The receptionist ( Victoria) was very friendly and offered assistance to carry some of our luggage upstairs. We booked 2 Rooms, would have been nice if the 2 rooms were close to each other. Would have been better if there were dishwashing liquid in the shared kitchen and laundry needs more machines and updated dryer.A big Thank you to all staff specially cleaners who did fantastic job having our bed made and put on clean towels on our return from trip everyday while our stay at the motel.

It was a last minute booking for us as we needed an affordable accommodation on the spot and Granada Motor Inn did not dissapoint! We were pleasantly surprised- very spacious rooms with all the needed amenities inside them, friendly staff, free parking on the premises and conveniently located next to a bus stop, an Aldi, and a bakery on the opposite side of the road- everything what we needed. Oh, and A/Cs in the rooms were super needed on an extremely hot day. We had a great night's sleep. Thank you, Granada Motor Inn!

We are not familiar with Adelaide, but it appeared that the hotel is a bit further from the city centre. Great location for those coming by car, because it has a parking, but probably not so convenient for the non drivers. The hotel also has a pool to which we were looking forward to dip in, however, it appeared too small and was pretty busy already at the time we came for it. Also, only a couple of chairs next to the pool, and a part of them were already taken, so it was not enough left for our group. Regardless, it did not affect our stay here.

Love the staff there I might say I have a favourite staff member I'm a regular at this hotel and wonder woman as I call her is so kind and helpful strong and very considerable and she is on the ball and I could just listen to her talk all day lol she's amazing all the staff there are so friendly but wonder woman stands out but yeah all the rooms are nice spacious to move around in and I will always keep coming back x

Spacious room and comfy beds. The staff was extremely polite and efficient. Location is also a plus. Good restaurants and Aldi close to the hotel.

The only thing I would request is to improve the powerpoints in the room. In the morning, with only 1 powerpoint to use microwave, toaster and kettle can't be used at the same time. Not a big deal but slows you down in the morning. Also, not many powerpoints to charge our phones/tablets/laptops.

The large double bad was very comfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel, we found another guest's food in the fridge. The single bed had no duvet and it was uncomfortable. There was no sink in the bathroom, only in the bedroom, which we used to wash dishes as well. We didn't have a sponge neither dishwashing soap.

LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC, SHOPS, PUBLIC TRANSPORT, SUPERMARKET NEXT DOOR, CAFE AND RESTAURANTS ACROSS THE ROAD. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY, THEY LET US CHECK OUT AT 11 INSTEAD OF 10, STAFF VERY ACCOMODATING. WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

WI FI WAS VERY SLOW AND A BIT FRUSTRATING, CARPET LOOKED PRETTY GRUBBY, IT DID NOT WORRY US BUT IF YOU HAVE A BABY CRAWLING IT WOULD CONCERN ME BUT REALLY IT WAS GREAT VALUE FOR WHAT YOU PAY.
