It was the perfect place to stay while exploring Mclaren Vale. Close to all the wineries. Richard and Elizabeth are lovely, kind and hospitable. They made us feel welcome and took great care of us. Breakfast in the conservatory was the perfect start to everyday. They offer a great choice of options to accomodate any taste! The room was super clean, warm, cozy and the bed was so comfy. Florence, the 4 legged host was an absolute joy giving us daily hugs and tail wags. A great stay, would definitely recommend this yo any one looking for a peaceful getaway .

Nothing- everything was great.

This Bed and breakfast is a little gem in a fantastic location. The parking is off-road in a carport with a roller door, so your car is nice and secure and easy to get in and out. The gardens are very pretty, well-kept and make you feel instantly relaxed. The accommodations are separate from the main house which feels nice and private, the room is very pretty with a cozy heritage cottage feel and a throwback to Ned Kelly vibes. There is a large living space with a queen bed, comfy couch, tv, bathroom, and a little breakfast room. It’s much larger than the average bed and breakfast room and is more like a self-contained cottage which also means there is plenty of space and it’s nice and quiet. The bathroom is pretty and functional with a good-sized shower, the water pressure is very good, and the hot water is plentiful, it was a pleasure to shower in. The towels are average-sized but very fluffy and soft. The bathroom floor would benefit from a matt at the sink and toilet as the floor was very cold, (although it was winter). The bed is the real star of this pretty little cottage as it was extremely comfortable and cozy, the sheets are very soft with beautiful fabrics and lots of snuggly bedding. I have issues sleeping and found this bed helped greatly and I slept very well. An addition that would be helpful is an extension cord next to the bed to plug mobile phones into. There was a small issue with the heating that was fixed straight away and the room was lovely and warm. The hanging fabrics in the living space are very pretty and cozy however a little dusty, the room was a little dusty with some cobwebs. I stayed two nights and had toast with fruit, coffee, and juice on the first morning and a hot cooked breakfast on the second morning, both were delicious and served on beautiful vintage crockery. As somewhat of a coffee snob the coffee was very nice and strong. The owners went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Bravo

It has a rustic charm, but is totally comfortable with the mod cons you expect. The location is quiet, and the self contained cabin is set in a beautiful garden adjacent to the main colonial heritage style home, next to sporting fields. There is a lovely riverside walk at the end of the street, and a delightful village to explore. Flo, the beautiful German Shorthair Pointer, gave us a warm welcome and Richard and Elizabeth ensured our comfort. Our full hot breakfast under the vine covered pergola was a delight.

There’s nothing not to like.

We found this delightful place like others who attended weddings in McLaren Vale. From the moment we arrived pre wedding the warmth from Richard, Lib, & Flo was wonderful but how comfortable was the bed on our return from the wedding. Yes of course we will come back and this time we will stay for breakfast rather than catch up with friends :) within in the local area. This little B&B is fabulous in all respects and we will be sharing our stay with all our friends -- Thank You Again for making our stay so very good!

A fantastic B&B with everything you could want. A lovely cooked breakfast on the patio on a fine, sunny morning. A very friendly and obliging host who has a wealth of knowledge about the area. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and very relaxing. As we were only at Peppercorns for one night, our host recommended the local hotel - just 400m away - for a meal, which was great. We only wish we could have stayed longer as the location was perfect. We would definitely return !

Nothing. It was all great.

We are so happy with our trip to Peppercorn's B&B. We are already tempted to book our next visit (we haven't even been gone a week!) Beautiful garden; we sat each morning at the pergola with our amazing breakfast, thanks to Richard and Elizabeth, the extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. Florence the dog was also so sweet!! The cabin itself is very cosy and the bed was amazing. Only a 5-minute drive into Port Noarlunga and literally around the corner from The Old Noarlunga Hotel for good pub-grub. Cannot praise this place highly enough. Thank you :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Peppercorn’s B&B! The owners were so friendly and inviting. The room and facilities were so beautiful and we were really made to feel at home. They have the friendliest dog and they cooked us the most scrumptious breakfast. This was our favourite place we stayed throughout our whole trip through South Australia. We can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you so much for the most lovely stay!

Richard & Flo (dog) couldn't have been more welcoming if they tried. A suburban street hiding a wonderful backyard retreat, close walk to local pub for evening meal & then served the most amazing breakfast with old fashioned charm. The room is very comfortable & spacious, bed really comfy. Highly recommend rather than a standard hotel.

Great accomodation in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We were Greeted by our lovely host Richard who was very friendly and welcoming. He believes the day should begin with a good breakfast to set you up for the day. To that end we were served an absolutely delicious and substantial breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us.
