The vision, and craftsmanship to dismantle, rebuild and create a beautifully unique heritage building to stay in and enjoy is truly remarkable. You couldn't ask for more really, Amanda's Cottage was the perfect place to stay to unwind, connect with nature and enjoy the wineries of the McLaren Vale. The perfect weekend.

The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The setting was so relaxing and private. You could hear the birds and the farm animals which was wonderful. The property was clean and very well presented. Loved the open fire in the front room. A wonderful experience.

Excellent self catering cottage. Home from home feel and a great, quiet location to enjoy wineries from. Lots of bird life and a farm next door. Just adorable and a very welcome break!

It was warm, welcoming and cosy with everything we needed for a little country getaway.
The property doesn’t have wifi which was a bit tricky for us Sydney-Siders as we had limited coverage. Otherwise everything was perfect

It is a beautifully renovated cottage in a lovely rural setting in McLaren vale. Great place for nature lovers, close to wineries, nice and cool inside on a warm day.
Only that there was no internet and only the weakest of mobile receptions. And that can be seen as an advantage if you want to relax
