Location was good. Room was clean , tidy and comfy. walking distance to two pubs for dinner and cafe for breakfast. Staff were friendly and parking was secure.

Lighting for the laundry room in the evening wasn't the greatest. If it was there it wasn't obvious. Tv was a bit on the small side for people with aging eyes. Or should I say - used to bigger screens...

Our room was perfect, suited our needs and was very cheap. Just the overnight stay for us, but was perfect and we were able to rest, shower and reset before finishing the rest of our journey. Secure/code gate and car park, super quiet so it was easy to rest and the staff/owners were incredibly accommodating to our booking mix up. Would definitely stay again.

Convenience to town with security gates for safety

Not their fault, but when I arrived they had no record of my reservation through booking.com; costing me an extra $38. Very disappointed with booking.com who have not responded to my inquiries. As a result, I shall no longer use booking.com as they have proved to be unreliable.

A spacious room,very comfortable bed with separate seating area. Walking distance to local hotel for dinner and supermarket for supplies. Quiet with parking immediately in front of our unit

A fly screen on the door would have been good to allow some fresh air into the unit. 2 very small windows high up had screens but very awkward to open due to double blinds

Been before but first time I stayed in the executive suite. The room was fantastic, large with everything I needed. Very impressed with the overall facilities. Very impressed with the security gate which gives you peace of mind for my vehicle. I returned to my home in Coober Pedy & have already recommended to friends to book the suite next time they stay in Port Augusta.

Every thing was excellent.

the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was updated and actually rather nice. the staff were friendly and gave us extra plates and cutlery for dinner Friday night and the free wifi was slow Friday night but good Saturday.

the tap in the bathroom was leaking quite badly to the point I could hear it going all night in the bed next to the bathroom and the bathroom door lock didn't work. one of the lights next to the bed didn't work but apart from that everything else was great.

Very clean and comfortable. Good location walking distance to a cafe and pub. Unfortunately we couldn’t park our vehicle outside our room due to height restrictions , which was an issue with unpacking. The young girl on reception was efficient but was unhelpful.

Very convenient location. Spacious room for 5 people and beds were comfortable to sleep.

Bathroom door had issues, but the manager came and fixed it even though it was 9 pm. We needed to have shower at 4am for an early checkout. But hot water shower did not come on for more than 30 seconds then started only cold water. This should not be the case.

Hidden little gem, beds were very comfortable. The blinds were great, one block out blind and one that lets natural light in. Pool was lovely. Stones throw away from the water and boat ramp, made for a lovely walk and watch.

No screen door, would be nice for the door to be open and not have everyone see straight in. More cutlery and plates would have been nice too. Parking is a little off, little difficult to manoeuvre in such a small space.

Great location and the last time I stayed here we had a very nice room.

The room we got this time was small and very tight for space. The doors all creaked and the door latch was difficult to use - evidently one needs to pack a can of WD40 on travels now to do the maintenance that should be done. Much to my wife's horror the toilet had been used and not flushed, clearly the house keeping is wanting as well. Disappointing, as our stay here previously had been very good.
