Room was well appointed and spacious enough for us and better than we expected for our 4 night stay. Breakfast bar at full width window was a nice bonus to the separate chairs and coffee table in the room. Although we didn’t partake, the mini bar was well priced and stocked. Car parks are quite wide to suit the most challenged driver, which was good. Rooms serviced daily, which we didn’t expect but appreciated. Shower had great water pressure and good hot water. Had rental car but to get into city centre we used the Metro Bus service which stops nearly out the front and runs regularly. Plus it’s in the same zone so only cost $3.50pp each way…. Was cheaper and more convenient than paid parking. Wrest Point is also across the road (nearly) and has bistro, restaurant etc but bookings required due to popularity, during our time here anyway.

For our liking and comfort the bed was a bit soft and lumpy.

Large clean room with comfortable queen bed, renovated clean, but a bit small, bathroom. Liked having kitchen bench with sink and microwave. Very convenient to have coin operated laundry on same level. Sandy Bay shopping area was 1 km away. Wrestpoint Casina was close by. Convenient to drive to the city and around Hobart. Free car parking under the building was very helpful.

We were on first floor. We did not have mountain view as indicated, only overlooked onto a tin roof. But it did not matter as we were out much of the time. Would have been a bit more comfortable if we had a table with dining chairs rather than uncomfortable high bar chairs at the window bench.

Very neat and tidy - clean facilities. Great shower and bathroom facilty. Close to town and easy parking, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Nice view of Mount Wellington and also water front near Casino. Did I mention the fantastic shower? It was amazing!

Honestly for the price I couldn't ask for much more. Maybe if you were checking in when it is busy and you had a larger vehicle you may find the car park a bit tight and squeezy - but that's really trying to find a problem!

Location and parking are good. The lift is a glass one that you can have the view of the beach when going up to the room. Spacious room with kitchen. Also I can do my business work at the bench in front of the window which is nice.

Only coffee table at room. Not practical for meal. I mean with a good kitchen at my room I will expect a small dining table for eating.

Location to Hobart CBD and Salamanca precinct's, walking distance to the Wrest Point, very low noise levels even with the main Rd being so close, reasonable rates, ample off street parking. Well appointed rooms, very clean and appear to be recently refurbished. Good outlook with water front over the road.

We had a room with a wrap around wardrobe / side table setup at the head of the bed, what a ridiculous idea, felt like you were enclosed in a box. To use the side tables required opening the wardrobe door, and then closing it again ??, roll over and belt your arm on the edge of the door. Personally would not stay in one of these rooms with this type of bed / wardrobe setup again. Bathroom has had an expensive make over and looks great, but the fitting of a silent flow to the cistern would have been a huge benefit, seriously noisy when you consider how quiet the complex is.

It was clean and comfortable. Car parking underneath. Beds were remade of a morning and fresh towels left. It was suitable for my Mum having a nice lift. She can’t do stairs. The location was easy to get to. Casino across the road. E-scooters might even go this far. Can rise into the shops. Could walk also.

I thought my room could do with another comfortable chair. It had one tub chair and some kitchen chairs. It would be good for the hotel to leave a list of places you could order food from. Elderly people like to look at something and be able to ring.

Great Location. Clean room. Magical view. Value for money. Could hear the people above us walking room late at night. Didn't really find the road was that noisy.

Shower leaked and needs replacing. Water springing from all places on the shower head. Needs updating which isn't too costly these days.

Maybe more adequate kitchen facilities would have been helpful.

It was in a beautiful location and I loved how it didn't look like a motel at all with how stunning the room was. The key was very easy to get because of detailed instructions on how to retrieve it. My partner and I had a wonderful time.

Only thing I could fault was that the pillow wasn't comfortable, but that's a minor thing.
