Good walking distance to Sturt st shops and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. The parking was not enough for all of the guests, especially as there were many trades/government departments staff and cars. Be prepared to have to park in the street which is not ideal.

Parking was not sufficient for all guests. Perhaps you should limit the number of cars for each room.

Location for White Night (Sturt St) was excellent. Easy walk from the station. Handy for restaurants etc. Bed was very comfy. Nice view of Ballarat (& White Night lasers). Shower good although bath was a bit small. Nice toiletries. Quiet at night (after WN finished!).

Lift a little slow 🐌 but stairs were carpeted and easy to go down. Slight 'cooking smell' in apartment but not terrible.

The place has a great location, and amenities, but it wasn´t the most clean Quest that I have stayed and the light coming through the curtains at night was a very bad. My room at the back had that light he whole night,- not completely dark as it is needed for a good rest and my son didn´t sleep well neither did I. Car park is great and the staff is friendly.

I didn´t like the light coming through the curtains the whole night. We didn´t have a good sleep - which is the basic need in the hotel. And some people didn´t make silence outside in the car parking too. That wasn´t the most quiet Quest that we stayed.

Great location and stylish interiors. The room I had was 2nd floor with views and it was large with a separate kitchen area. Ive had this room previously which is brilliant and its quiet.

The only thing Im mindful is the keycard getting close to my mobile which seems to erase the code and then it doesnt allow entry. Its a bit annoying having to go to reception and I always panic if its after hours.

Lovely service. Woman on reception was lovely and went out of her way to help after explaining the situation I’d had with finding accomodation. Room was very spacious and comfortable

No Netflix/foxtel in room. The bath and shower was also very small, I’m only 5’4 and you wouldn’t want to be much taller to get in there.

The room was available when everything else in Ballarat was booked out. Adequate for my needs but pricier than I would like. Close to the Main Street where I could get a meal.

Power off on some lights but quickly fixed when reported. I have already done one survey - why am I doing a second?

We were a party of nine, Seven adults two children. Location was Perfect, walking distance to cafes close to shops. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean, being fully self contained was perfect for us. With reverse cycle heating in both living room and bedroom we were kept very warm. Bathrooms and showers were very clean plenty of towels. I requested king beds in each bedroom and was not disappointed they were so comfortable. You could feel the cleanliness of the linen.

Couch was dirty and not very comfortable also pretty small. , no free WIFI only had cable to connect to Internet, TV not a smart TV for streaming services and cables behind the TV pretty disorganized. No parking allocation

This hotel is conveniently located in Ballarat Central. It is within walking distance to the main street restaurants and shops as well as several museums and galleries. There is free parking on site as well as on the free "after hours" parking on the street. The rooms are very clean and is serviced daily. The air conditioning works really well. We were particularly impressed that the staff thought to turn on the air con in the room ahead of our arrival on a 34C humid day. It was a very nice thoughtful touch. Our kids loved the convenience of having a vending machine on site. The onsite facilities such as the gym and the laundry room were well equipped. There is also a coffee maker at the reception area for better coffee for a gold coin donation. All in all, it is a good hotel and we would come again.

Password protected wifi would be better for security purposes. However, this was not really an issue as we used our own data instead. We would imagine during peak season there may not be sufficient on site parking so patrons will need to find street parking and ensure they move the car before 9am when parking meter kicks in.

Very clean and central. Beds were comfortable. I specifically requested a downstairs apartment and was given that. Access was easy and staff were friendly.

Could've provided more dishwasher tablets, or sold these per tablet at reception. Thumping up and down the stairs by other guests was annoying, especially late at night.
