There was plenty of individual space, one bed down one end, a bathroom in the middle and another bed down the other end. We ended up asking to stay on the groundfloor, due to the stairs, and we were really happy with our room. The linen was crisp and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was wonderful, I think we had a room for disabled persons, and it was perfect. Lady who checked us in was lovely and came back to check on us.

Look we were really happy with our accomodation, and would happily stay again. It is Just around the corner from a chinese restaurant, just up the road from mcdonalds and other eathouses. Parking was easy.

Little sleep during our stay, due to ? a sign banging in the wind loudly every night. (Query attached to the roof or near the roof). Terribly uncomfortable couch (needs replacing). Toilet brush had no holder (lying on floor). On arrival, we found dinner plates to be dirty. Nothing provided to wash & dry used crockery & cutlery. Carparks barely met the width / length of our standard car, let alone others wide SUVs. It was difficult to get into our car via the drivers side door.

Very clean and tidy. Great facilities in the room and beds really comfortable. The Asian restaurant was also excellent with great menu and service was fantastic. You do need to book as it is very popular with the locals.

A little bit out of the city central area but for that it was quiet and very little traffic noise nearby.

Staff were excellent in that I was held up at a funeral and was not able to arrive at the time I had indicated originally. My daughter contacted the staff indicating I would arrive at 8.30pm and staff were their to meet me/show me my room and car park. Appreciated.

I would have appreciated a walk in shower facility as I have a mobility problem - but then I didn't enquire if one was available when I booked on Booking.com

Great central location without being noisy. Spacious room with extra lounge area. Good heating. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Spa bath. Fantastic Chinese Restaurant downstairs (try the Chicken Kung Pao, if you don't mind spice). With so many accommodation options, private Air BnB's with varying levels of service and facilities, it was actually very nice to book a traditional motel, where linen, towels, tea/coffee/biscuits are provided and room is serviced daily.

Space and basic facilities in the room. Great to have a small microwave in the room 👍🏼 That made it easy for us to heat up Woollies meals (as we were there on the night that the restaurant wasn’t open). Excellent to have that option!

Some broken lightbulbs and one broken aircon but the bedroom one was very good.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, comfortable bed. The The location was very close to everything, Service excellent. After checking out I ralised I had left something behind. The kind lady at reception found it in my room and phoned me back so I could collect it. The room was well fitted out with microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery etc, , pleasantly cool on a hot night. Plenty of off-street parking close to the room.

Excellent value for money, centrally located yet quite quiet. Very comfortable bed, good linen, white fluffy towels, great pillows. Lighting was easy to access from different areas of the room.

I would have loved a plug to be available for the spa....however, as I did not pay for a spa room I cannot complain!

Room looked recently renovated/refurbished - everything looked new including carpet, painting, furniture, tiling, etc. Ie room looked spotless/new/unworn. And, both room & bathroom looked very clean, very well kept, hence made us feel very much at home, and happy to be in the room. Location was great too as it's in the city itself, therefore if one has a car, very easy to access every part of the city eg dining precincts.

The whole property tend to use 'Cool Daylight' lighting throughout, we feel it would have been nicer if it's 'Warm White' lighting instead, but that's just a personal opinion. This doesn't in any way negate the overall positive experience we had above.
