It is a beautiful space, with stunning decor, very cosy & comfortable, and surrounded by a gorgeous garden. be&be was very relaxing, quiet and tranquil. A perfect location up on the hill, only a few minutes to the centre of town to everything you need. Our host, Nicola, provided treats for our dietary requirements, and the studio had everything we needed for a comfortable homely stay. Excellent communication with Nicola, she was very responsive and respectful of privacy. We highly recommend be&be, it exceeded our expectations and we will be booking again in the near future.

The interior of our property was very calm and relaxing, and the perfect feeling for a weekend getaway. The surrounding garden is also beautiful. All the little touches were much appreciated..

Not a huge fan of memory foam mattresses. Rolling over in bed feels difficult. Also, the amount of frost build up in the freezer made it impossible for us to store chilled goods while we were away.

Nicola the owner was very kind and accomodating. The house was very very clean and had lots of places to sit and feel cosy in the cold weather. The beds were also very comfy. The property was gorgeous and decorated very well. On arrival we found delicious sourdough bread in the kitchen and eggs and bacon in the fridge which we had enough breakfast for both mornings. There was also yogurt, fruit, cereal and toast spreads provided. If you’re looking for a quiet get away with a family member or a partner I would highly recommended.

We booked 3 nights for the wedding weekend of my daughter in late January 2022. Nicola was a star from the first moment to the last. Everything was gorgeous. Perfect location for the bridal party to gather the morning of the wedding. Nicola’s kind gesture to even collect me from the train station was the beginning of the kindness ahead. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room flows beautifully and the elemental, functional design enhanced the experience. As a gardener who keeps chickens and bees, it was a joy to wander around the dry garden, amidst many mighty gums. The test is always "would we come back?" A resounding yes! Mark

The property was surrounded by beautiful countryside and was tastefully decorated. Despite being near the main town, it felt secluded. The host was always available if needed and I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast provisions were perfect, and the nespresso coffee machine was a treat! Great location, up on a hill with lovely views and close to town centre. Beds were super comfy and rooms heated for us prior to arrival. 😊

Window coverings in the kitchen could help block the morning light for the downstairs bed 😉

What an amazing place to stay, interesting, warm and comfortable. Great reading spots. The beds was amazingly comfortable and linen was high quality.

Lighting in bathroom a tad dull to do make up but not a deal breaker.

The accommodation was spacious and extremely well-presented. Plently of little extras and amenities provided. The surrounding gardens are lovely for a stroll and the whole location just feels so serene and secluded. I could have easily stayed for a lot longer!

Minor miscommunication regarding checkout times, but everything was sorted out by the host.

Everything about be&be exceeded expectations… I enjoyed a wonderful week there and left wanting more!
