We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We loved the view from our living room. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we can't wait to visit again!

We visited in June, Winter. The location is great. My friend thought it was the best unit we had stayed in on our 6 day roadtrip (City, Warrandyte, Olinda) The apartment is extremely large and spacious. Its well maintained and is new and well built. It had a 100+ degree panoramic window view of the area; very impressive. The toilet and bedroom also has large window views as well. The ceilings were very high. The furniture was luxury new. The furnishings were well chosen. There was a large inviting jacuzzi bath; unfortunately my friend was ill and we didn't use it. The kitchen is modern large and spacious. The garden is beautifully maintained and had a large number of lavender shrubs in full flower. We had a nice veranda where we could sit and have breakfast. The building was well built, modern, luxury design. Netflix, free wifi, reasonably priced, we could easily stay here for a week comfortably. Our apartment overlooked a huge field grassland estate. At night, if it is clear you can see the Aurora; it rained during our stay sadly. There is a very large Coles supermarket about 8km away which is well stocked. The Penguin Parade and the Nobbies Centre is an easy 15 minute drive away - both are impressive architecture glass buildings; the Nobbies Ocean Discovery Center has superb spectacular views.

The staircase was long and steep - not a problem for us. But worth bearing in mind if you can't climb stairs. You can however book the units that are ground floor. Would be nice to have more pots to cook in. A washing machine and a clothes rack would be useful.

The yard is beautiful with a small stream and beautiful flowers. The residence is on the second floor with a very spacious living room and a balcony with a great view. The balcony is flanked by very scenic meadows and you can see cows and sheep walking in the distance. The landlord was very nice, I was planning to go to see the penguins but it was on a weekend and I couldn't get a cab, so I planned to walk. The landlord was going to drive me after seeing it on the road, thank you very much. You should definitely rent or drive a car when you come here for vacation. I forgot my driver's license and had to take a taxi, but due to the remoteness of the area, there is no Uber operating here, so I had to call or book a cab from a local company, which is not very convenient, and I waited for an hour to get a cab to go to see the penguins on Sunday due to the lack of available driver.

This is my first time traveling to Australia and I'm not sure if it's common in Australia, but basically all the hotels I went to this time didn't have very good air conditioning for heating, and I still didn't feel hot even when I turned it up to 28 degrees Celsius. I can't figure it out.

Friendly owner met us on arrival to hand over the keys. Wow factor was instantaneous as soon as we walked in to the appointment; it was immaculate and gave the impression that it had never been stayed in! Everything that you could ever need for a stay was in the apartment. My daughter loved the spa bath. Great views from the balcony. Wildlife in the area; each morning we could see 2 Canadian Geese from our window, and a short walk to the creek saw me face to face with wallabies. Easy access to Cowes, Penguin Centre, Koala Sanctuary, etc

Everything. The apartment was so gorgeous. We stayed in the large balcony with spa bath and couldn’t fault it. Everything was there we needed, the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen everything. Even had spare towels which is important for me as have long hair and most places only give 2 large towels for 2 people. The view was amazing. It was by a road but still quiet. Standing on the balcony at night looking up at the sky was just amazing and waking up to the view. Just wow.

We liked everything. If I had 1 negative the pillow was slightly hard for me but not an issue. I still slept like a baby.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff member that greeted us was very friendly and welcoming. It was about a 5 minute drive into the main street of Cowes. There is a lovely protected beach at the end of the street. But make sure you use the first entrance as the beach from the second entrance was very windy.

I didn't like that the pump from the ponds operated at night as I could hear it even with earplugs in.

We stayed in some lovely properties during our travels around Australia, but this one probably topped it. The apartment was spacious, with a large, outside decking area, two lots of seating and a BBQ. The apartment itself was very well equipped in every way - large bathroom, large bedroom area with a very comfortable bed, kitchen area with everything you could possibly need. And beautifully decorated with artwork produced by the owner displayed around the walls. A very welcoming, homely and relaxing place to stay. And outside, the property was surrounded by beautifully kept landscaped gardens, and surrounded by open countryside. Add to this, a warm, personal welcome from the owner. What more could you wish for? We just wished we could have stayed longer. This is the place to stay on Phillip Island, and we would return like a shot! Very highly recommended.

This accommodation is at the center of the major tourist spots on the Phillip Island, such as Penguin Parade and Cowes Beach. The room is very clean and spacious, with a decent size of the living room and cooking area. The little porch area was lovely. The staff was there upon our arrival to provide information and easy to check out via key-dropping.

Beautiful home with lovely views, very close to Penguin Parade and in a safe quiet complex. The apartment was pristine. The bed/linens super comfy. The place is spacious, the views make you feel like you have the island to yourself. We went to Melbourne after Phillips Island and stayed at a 5-star hotel, which felt like a hole-in-the-wall in comparison with the Hilltop apartments. Thank you Eve and Chris for a wonderful stay!

That was a perfect apartment, no flaws.

Thanks to the hosts, we had a great stay. The place was shiny clean, new furniture, comfy pillows, spa bath🤌 They provided all the essentials and disposables, so you can relax and make yourself at home without hassle. The garden looked just great tho! Location is nice as well, it’s in the heart of the island, ~equally close to every point of interest.
