I was greeted by a lovely gentleman when checking in. The process was easy. There were quite a few steps to our ground floor apartment, which made it a challenge to carry up our suitcase. The apartment was lovely and also clean. We had a two bedroom apartment. It had one toilet and two showers, which was a bit weird. There was no TV in the master bedroom, which would have been nice. There is construction going on right next door and they started at 7am, so no chance for a sleep in, but that isn't the accommodation's fault. Check out was easy, we just put the key in the drop box as reception wasn't open yet. Beds were really comfy. Apartment was quite cold eve with the heater on, because of a big gap at the bottom of the door. We'd stay here again.

Construction next door

I believe our unit on the 3rd floor was recently renovated. The management team was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook for a family of four. Good quality fridge, stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, kitchen utensils, dining table and sofa. The washing machine and dryer were a bit dated but in good working condition. Good quality bath/shampoo gel. The apartment was very clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The accomodation was clean with great facilities, it was also in a great location. The kitchen and laundry facilities were good and were great for our family vacation.

Some of the apartments partied away until the early hours of the morning on several nights.

Reception staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Apartments were spacious and spotless. The beds were so comfortable I had the best night sleep. The location was excellent i could walk everywhere that i needed. Couldn't fault the wifi and the smart tv was great, we watched a movie on netflix after we had a lovely BBQ by the pool which looked gorgeous at night with all the lights.

The rooms need a spruce up, with paint peeling off doors and a little dated BUT they did the job. Close to absolutely everything you may need and the beach down the road is stunning. We checked in on a public holiday, so didn't meet any staff BUT no doubt they are amazing too.

Pool could have done with a clean and the rooms could do with a refresh.

Requested a poolside room with a balcony and they happily accomidated promptly. Also an earlier check in time. Good location, close to town centre and beach. All a short walk away.

Nothing. Everything was fine. Perhaps some more cleaning products would be good. Also some cleaning products for the BBQ would be good also.

Location was great and the place was clean and had everything you needed. Perfect for a family of 4.

To be honest the apartment was amazing beautiful set up..what I would give feedback is a little refreshment on the cupboards/kitchen area as it seemed a little outdated for how the rest of the apartment looked.

Location was fabulous. Staff extremely helpful and friendly very accommodating. Units were very well appointed. Our family had 2 2 bedroom apartments. One of which would benefit having a paint refresh. Otherwise outstanding. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Stayed in April. Comfortable, clean and roomy enough for our family (2 adults & 2 teens 15 & 17). Chocolates (locally made) & champagne on arrival was a nice bonus. King size bed was very comfortable and all amenities great.

Bath drain hole needs replacing as rusted. Bottom of outside shower door needed an extra clean. Some touch up painting would be idea. There was no real pantry to store food & if staying for a longer time this would be needed, maybe add cupboard under bench? Also, we stayed on ground level with above apartment having wooden floors could hear a lady clopping around in heals and then the next day a toddler running around. But this wasn't unbearable but maybe remind those who do stay upstairs of this.

The apartment was newly renovated so inside it was lovely. A leather or faux leather couch would have been better for hygene

It was fine when there was no one staying above us but the walls and floors had no sound insulation therefore it was extremely noisy whilst we were there over the weekend when it was busier
