I had no clue there was breakfast but my dinner was banging the location was good but if could turn down the wind that would be ideal.

Location location location.... An amazing spot with views that go on forever. The room was large, with a balcony to enjoy the views. Staff were helpful, after being booked into the third floor but the room was not ready. No lift, so a staff member assisted with carrying one of our bags to the second floor, after making the trek to the top floor. The room was quite with only a small amount of street lighting intruding around the blinds.

No lift and a bit of miscommunication meant bags were carried unnecessary up three flights of stairs. The shower is over the bath and there are no grip rails to assist entering or exiting. The shower curtain rod was rusty and the bathroom showed signs of age.

Great location in town, our unit was located just behind main building, on the end of a row which was ideal for me travelling with my children, gave easy fuss free access to our room and parking area. Lots of parking. Great size room, comfy beds and a lounge. Chairs and table with umbrella outside plus outside bins. Bistro onsite with indoor children's playground. Right on the beach. Everything we needed for a family of 5 to rest and recoup for a couple of days. Definitely stay again!

Bistro prices too much for families & portions small. Indoor children's playground is upstairs out of view of Bistro, it was also closed while we were there and the Bistro staff member quite rudely laughed at my children when they were dissapointed the playroom wasn't available.

The staff member at check in was a delight, and extremely helpful . The bouncy wonderland was fantastic for the kids. The pool looked fantastic but alas we didn't have time to try it out. The view from the balcony was great, due to its beautiful location. Price was great and appreciated the upgrade option.

I would have liked a breakfast option, maybe at the bistro but that may be affected by licensing laws. Nevertheless there is a professional kitchen there, so room service breakfast would be nice as an option. There was also only one blanket in the room and no electric blankets - with the air-conditioning only up one end and didn't really travel to the other end of the room, one kid got a bit cold and couldn't sleep, but they gave us a blanket for the second night which worked great. Overall we were very happy with our stay and it surpassed expectations.

The location was awesome, the room was comfortable and clean

there was no table in the room so we had to eat on our laps which was a bit awkward. Also the staff were really lovely while we were there but when we checked out, we were 15 mins late leaving the room and the grey haired lady came to ask us to hurry and leave which we thought was understandable as they needed to clean the room for more guests to arrive, but she was extremely rude. We quickly got out and returned the key and at which point she was even more rude and abrupt which I thought was very unessesary as it left us with a not so good feeling about an otherwise lovely family weekend, and not as keen to bring our family and friends group booking to The North Pier during the summer.

Close to everything..

The bathroom door was very noisy ,i think the track needs replacing. Every time someone went in there everyone woke up or commented on it. The blinds didn't meet up and I felt a little exposed. I had to tie my scarf on there to block the gap. The split system didn't seem to work properly.. it was cold. I couldn't find directions to it either? I will say I was happy enough though.. small things need attention but really didn't effect our stay. We can't wait to come back again but when the weather is warmer!! I loved the bed. I wish I had checked what brand it was haha Thank you

The location was perfect, could not have asked for better. Good value for money and will definitely stay again. The mini fridge kept all our items super cold which was great. I think having a toaster in the rooms would have been great.

I think it could be a little more cleaner. When we walked in, we noticed a few spiders and cobwebs. In the bathroom, we noticed someone else's hair stuck to some of the tiles here and there. The shower curtain was also a bit dirty

we had the 2 bedroom apartment, loved the balcony and the room we had to move around, the kitchen had everthing that was required, the bathroom was good and clean hot water for all of us the bedrooms where light and airy Air conditioner worked well Having the Bistro just a short walk was a bonus and they had great food

the weather, is was cold and windy and unfortunately the blinds in the lounge room where damaged, and the balcony door lacked a seal so the wind came straight through, but that is down to weather

Plenty of room for all of us (3) the other lady had hurt herself so she stayed home. Plenty of beds to choose from, shower was awesome, plenty of hot water and towels Awesome view, off the balcony Although it was cold outside the wind blowing a gale it was still an awesome stay Used the bistro downstairs, the food was amazing Yes it was a great stay, just a short walk to shops and beach Thankyou North Pier

There was some problems with the wind coming in through the balcony doors and the blinds needed to be replaced

It was the perfect location. We have been here before and came back as we can walk everywhere and it was just across the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a crappy room and it was our 10th year anniversary. The window was broken and there was just a piece of wood stuck in there. It made me feel claustrophobic. I asked if we can change rooms and staff gave us an upgrade to a Bayview room. We stayed at a bayview room last time so I expected it to be the same and didn't realise I booked a different one.

First room we got the window was broken so a piece of wood was just stuck in the window. I felt like I was in a box. we couldn't see outside. What was good is when I asked if we can change rooms we were upgraded to a Bayview room which was what I thought I booked but apparently not.
