Proximity to the GP track, restaurant, and Cowes. There was problem with the tv, and a major water leak in the room. In both instances the staff responded appropriately with courtesy and professionalism to recover the situation. The room we were moved to after the water leak was excellent and was good value for money.

The room we had for the first two nights was tired, old, and a little cramped. I know and fully accept that prices increase for the GP, but that room was not value for money. We need to buy coat hagers. There was nowhere to hang the hand towel.

Fabulous and novel experience. Glamping at it's best. Very comfortable and well appointed "tent". Loved the BBQ deck and comfortable seating out front. The Bocce lawn out the front was an amazing add on as was the pool! We also received a voucher for 50% off at Amaze n Things (next door) which was a great saving. Awesome weekend with a family of grown up children. Highly recommend.

The location if close to the main road and traffic noise is present. Factor in if you are a light sleeper.

It was a super cozy cabin with kitchen, bathroom & two bedrooms. We absolutely loved our little cabin. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on.

The mattress on the bottom bunk in the spare room. Very springy & not comfortable to sit or lay on.

Comfy beds, overall clean and tidy. Had an air conditioner in the common area to keep us warm at night. The location is extremely convenient, directly opposite the Koala Conservation Reserve.

The cabins were a little cold at night, especially in the rooms where there is no air conditioning. Common areas are a bit tiny for a large family.

The Glamping Pod exceed our expectations! It had everything we needed and more. The pod was really clean and cosy. We definitely will be returning.

It was quite nosey during the night and we will avoid staying on a Monday night as the bin collection early in the morning was really loud that it woke us up before 7am which wasn't really pleasant.

Cute little self-contained cabin. It had all the amenities we needed. It was about 12 minutes from the Penguin Parade.

The shower dripped unless turned off very hard. When informed of this, staff said it would be looked at right away. Unfortunately, the annoying (mostly North American) trend for housekeeping to leave a signed envelope for tipping seems to be spreading to Australia.

We had a lot of fun last night at Park Lane Holiday. The bed rooms were comfortable, the facilities in our 8 bed room house was good and nice. This accomodation also has swimming pool and common area such as kitchen, toilets and playground. I will recommend this accomodation to our friends.

We loved the location of our cabin. The beds were super comfy, and cabin was cosy. The camp ground facilities were terrific and half price access to Amaze n' things was awesome. Great location, friendly staff and the kids loved the pool.

Because our stay was a during the public holidays period it was little pricier than we would normally spend, but we did have a lovely time and would love to come back. I'll be looking out for any specials.

Room name in booking.com differed to their site so I thought I was booking a different category room. My mistake for not checking. Room perfectly fine for purpose.

Everything about this property was AMAZING. We stayed in the tent and I would recommend anyone to stay in the tent. They also have amaze n things and a restaurant next to each other which make things so much better. Would definitely come back to this place.
