Amazing location, can’t get any better! Free wifi, location to ski lifts. The spa was brilliant. Lock up rooms for our ski gear and dry room so convenient. Just a brilliant location and rooms were lovely and comfortable.

Some staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Others were a bit grumpy and shouldn’t be on the front desk serving people. The music from the DJ some nights under our room was terrible, when they had a live band it was great. We didn’t mind that it went till late when it was good. It was very pricy, but to be expected for ski in and ski out. Overall, hard to find a negative - if being really picky some shelves in the bedrooms were dusty. Overall it was acceptable.

Location was exceptional with Halley’s chair lift just metres away. Restaurants, supermarket,ski hire all within reach

There was no towel service, hanging space needed in the drying room and way too small. Microwave difficult to get to as was under the sink. Non slip mat at balcony door would be a good idea as floor got dirty and slippery.

location is super convenient, just next door to Homebase where we can get our lift ticket and rentals, you just need to book online, click and collect. One of the lift is located just at the back door of the hotel with easy access from the room that we can lock up all the ski equipments. We are happy to find that there is a washing machine in the room with dry function together with a dry space where we can put our wet ski clothes. The hotel is also with walking distance from overnight parking, which made the whole checking in and checking out process very smooth, no need for additional shuttle. 1550 restaurant at the 2nd level is always warm and welcoming with lots of delicious food and friendly staff. SPA is definitely a plus after all day ski.

Maybe provide a chopping board would be good.

Well appointed property, very convenient to resort amenitities and excellent ski lift access. Includes hot tub, which is brilliant for after ski relaxation.

Ideally, for the cost this would be a full-service apartment, with daily turndown. However, reception and staff very helpful - and will provide new towels at request. Could include little tocuhes, like complimentary house slippers.

Perfect location for an easy arrival, able to park the car at the front door to unload. Lovely friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Fantastic having a supermarket and restaurants close by. Lovely comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a five day stay. Will certainly stay there again.

Breakfast and lunch (not dinner in the current off-season) is available at the hotel restaurant. A reasonable selection despite the primary visitors being the local work crews preparing for the ski season. Customer service is wonderful and eager to help in any way. Great communicators, efficient and professional. The super market is conveniently located and reasonably stocked. The hotel location could not really be better to access roads, trails and other facilities at the Falls Creek Village, and it has a stunning view when the weather isn't "pea soup". Regardless of the weather, the hot tub on the balcony is bliss. The rooms are sizeable compared to some of the other shoe-boxes at other more dated resorts in the village, and worth the additional expense if you are a kit bandit.

I feel really sorry for the administrators St. Falls Resort as the building was left in a less than desirable condition by the previous QT hotel. As a result they are scrambling to take stock of all the maintenance issues that were previously neglected... If you need a plush bed for musculoskeletal afflictions, bring a mattress topper as the beds are firm.

excellent bed, warm island facilities were modern

cigarettes butts in the hot tub area and my $500 bond still hasn’t been returned to my credit card 7 days later. PowderKeg staff were sick and we got gassed shortly after arriving while ordering lunch, my wife woke during the first night with fever and flu symptoms

Room was clean and spacious. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Great location for getting kids easily on the mountain.

Would be nice if there was a cupboard space for food and supplies - our apartment all the cupboards were full. No basic tea or coffee supplies on arrival.

The resort was very clean comfortable and very warm throughout. The restaurants were excellent and was very easy to get a table even without a booking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and luxury.

The restaurant menu was a little basic and more options would be welcomed. A little more variety would be great for guests wanting something more than what was on the basic menu.

location was very handy next to bars and foodworks, great view. Nespresso machine, spa, sauna, steam room were nice addition. Staff were excellent, helpful and professional. Building is well insulated for warmth and noise.

rooms are small, kitchen was lacking some basic food preparation equipment ie; chopping board, minimal cooking equipment. Delaminating floor tiles in the downstairs sauna are a hazard.
