Bed was super comfy. Staff were excellent and welcoming. Breakfast included was a great addition and options included (continental) were adequate -- for extras there was a paid option

Nothing I didn't like, but am not sure if parking capacity was sufficient for when the chalet is full at capacity. Also, I didn't notice the gear drying or storing facilities (e.g. after skiing), but I wasn't really looking for it. I would advise to check with the property if that is a must for potential guests

the staff were very welcoming and happy to do anything for us. breakfast was good and everything was fresh and clean. Fire place and common areas are lovely.

ooms were comfortable however our room had a blind that came 3/4 of the way down. it wasn’t nice as we felt we were being looked at. luckily we had a spare bed in the room (we payed for 3 people but only 2 of us ended up going), and we put the mattress up against the window. if we hadn’t had the mattress, I would have asked for another room although I know they were fully booked.

Was expecting proper buffet as advertised but it offered everything but hot breakfast. But they were very reasonably priced. Eg $14 for omelettes. Chef was amazing. He was a delightful host. Friendly and professional.

It was very cold weather when we visited. The heater in the room was very slow to heat room up. Electric blankets would also have been very welcome.

Everything is tick in my box what we like. Room was very clean and spacious, bed very comfy, breakfast ok but value for money. Can add on extra pay on counter. Staff were welcoming and helping. Outside are also beautiful. Did not get chance to go pool because of weather. Love to rebook again

Little far from main city but place is so imagine

The chalet is extremely relaxing and you don’t feel like you’re in a hotel. The grounds and back lawn area is beautiful and away from the noise of central Bright. The rooms were very clean and the staff extremely friendly and great service.

While the rooms were clean they are a bit dated and tired and the walls very thin but a decent size. If you have a choice, I think upstairs rooms would be much quieter.

This property was perfect for our family and provided a great room with ample beds.The staff were also excellent and very accommodating.

It is quite aged but it was in the process of being renovated while we were there. Also the room could have had a few more items such as a microwave and some basic cooking facilities.

Perfect location, close to local Bright amenities and also close to the snowfields for a day trip. Very convenient that they also have a snow gear hire shop (where you also get a discount if you’re staying at the Chalet). Also wonderful breakfast and staff - this is our second stay at the Chalet and the breakfasts/service were superb again! We loved that a continental breakfast is included but we can pay for hot breakfast options aswell. Such a good way to start the morning!

Thin walls - could hear the neighbouring room very audibly at 11pm (with a sleeping toddler this was not ideal). However we were very impressed with how responsive the Chalets management were in trying to address this.

The chalet was about 1 km from the town centre. Our room was upstairs and had a large bed with a most comfortable mattress. The a/c was efficient and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and clean and looked newly renovated. The breakfast was ample; a large choice range. We found the chalet reasonably quiet for the number of guests during our stay.

Room was small and bathroom basic but awesome value for money with great breakfast and friendly and welcoming staff. Happy to stay again. If you are up for a walk to stretch your legs after a day on the snow you can walk into the city centre from the chalet.

No storage area for your snow gear.

Great place to stay, not far from Bright Town. Comfy rooms with all basic amenities. Offered a decent complimentary breakfast. Price was quite reasonable, considering we stayed there in Autumn! Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a chalet with a living area (which had two bunk beds) and a bedroom. Only the living area had a heater, so it took a while for the unit to heat up. A separate heater for the bedroom would've been even better.
