Great location for food and close to my client. The room was nice and quiet, which I really appreciate. Some staff are very friendly, others less so.

I needed to check in late and it took a long time to receive the confirmation that it was okay to do so and the instructions for how to access the building and my room when reception was closed. It was stressful as I had a 4 hour car drive ahead of me, with limited mobile phone coverage on route.

Clean, spacious, beds and pillows amazingly comfortable. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A restaurant/cafe downstairs is really handy but you are only a one minute walk to the heart of Hawthorn shops.

If I had to complain about anything it would be that the card keys can be disabled very easily in your handbag, the upside was that there was an on-site manager to help within 5 minutes, even late on Christmas Day.

The room was quiet, comfortable and well furnished, with good AC. It is close to tram stop and train station serving multiple lines. There are many cafes and groceries nearby, and a multiplex cinema.

Wifi was not continuously connected after first login. It kept prompting us to reconnect and it was not always easy to get a connection. We encountered an elderly guest after 11 pm whose card would not operate the external door. We had no problem with our card but were advised at checkin not to store it near a credit card in case it is demagnetised. This advice made no sense. It suggests that the cards or programming may be unreliable, or using old technology.

The apartment was very nice, cozy and comfortable and had all amenities I needed. The kitchen was very useful. The space distribution was perfect.

The apartment was cold. I had thick double glasses in the window but there was a draught from the window frame allowing freezing air from outside to come in. I solved this by turning the heating on at high temperature for a long time (not very efficient). Also, I could perfectly hear the noise from the corridor (neighbours or cleaning persons).

Close to everything with a cafe and restaurant below. It was very comfortable with anything I needed

The balcony chairs are not inviting at all - I didn't sit outside as it was uncomfortable. There was a noise with the elevator during the night however when I raised it staff organised to have someone repair it quickly - also no wifi?

Location excellent, despite current roadworks. Still able to park nearby. Room was quiet despite roadworks. Room comfy. Bathroom clean, if a little cramped.

Bathroom wasn’t very private- design of frosted glass walls and a door that didn’t close properly. Single beds provided as requested but i found mine too soft and lumpy, though my daughter liked it. Took me a while to get the heating right and I was pretty cold for a few days until I asked reception. They seemed to be able to control the temp from their end. I’m certain i had it on the correct mode though, so puzzling why a/con on rather than heating. Wifi was just adequate and worked for my phone but not my daughter’s. I often had to switch to 4G mode to download my paper and get some emails.

Comfortable bed, good pillows clean, comfortable chairs, good shower, very quiet, great sleep. Appreciated the prompt contact to let us know we had left some of our belongings behind. Friendly staff.

I forgot to adjust the heating so it was too warm in the room overnight. Didn't expect to have no water bottles or small snacks, although it was easy to get to supermarket to get some supplies.

The Apartment is in an ideal location and met all our requirements. It was clean and modern and served us very well. Being so close to the tram station it meant easy access to and from the CBD. A huge variety of restaurants and cafes were in walking distance. The staff were super friendly. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Location is outstanding

Not much to not like! TV was pretty small and older - no aircast streaming from the phone is possible. Studio only had enough cutlery and crockery for two, but staff were very accommodating so could ask for more if needed.

The location is ideal for my needs i.e. close to trains, trams, shops. Couldn't hear outside noise, the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I have stayed at Quest Hawthorn previously and would choose it again for my trips to Melbourne.

When down for several days it would be good to have some items replenished each day e.g. the dishwasher detergent, long life milk, coffee sachets. Admittedly when I asked at reception they were more than happy to provide me with said items
