I really liked staying here. The room was large with a well-appointed kitchenette where you could do some minor cooking. Microwave heating up, sure, but also some pots and pans with two electric cooking rings. The WiFi was excellent, reliable and quick. The room windows had coverings fitted into the frame of the window, providing excellent light blocking, probably the best I've ever seen in a place like this.

Watch out for traffic noise. I didn't find it a problem but if you're sensitive to noise, it might be. To be fair, that goes with the location near a very busy intersection. But that's also a plus because it means the tram services are fairly frequent and quite reliable.

Beds were comfy and sofa was good. Shower is nice and hot. Close to the Tram, easy trip straight into the city. Room we had was at the back of the building so was nice and quiet at night. Blackout curtains are fantastic.

Glasses in the drawer were a bit greasy so had to wash them before using. Shower curtain is inadequate, bathroom floor gets quite wet especially after 3 people have a shower. Could use a couple of extra hooks or rails to hang wet towels. Was only one for 3 towels so they didn’t dry for next use. Maybe a small folding table would be good.

Location was perfect for our stay. Easy walk on the Main Street to a fabulous pub (Postmaster). Underground parking was a bonus. There were negatives to the property however, we will still stay again as they were relatively minor and did not have any major impact on us.

Just pointing these out, but was still a great place to stay. The room configuration meant that only one bedside table was available. No USB outlets. Couldn’t sit on the lounge to watch tv as the tv was on the same wall. Lack of natural light, only one small window. The bathroom was configured for disability access, but resulted in some minor issues: Light was a sensor light which isn’t great for those middle of the night visits! Lack of any shelves in the shower meant there was nowhere to put your own toiletries. Lack of any hooks or space to put toiletries bag. Only one small towel rail to hang wet towels. We worked around all of this, but just wanted to point out what we found.

The hotel, located not far from the CBD, is easily accessible by car or bus and is near a supermarket and restaurants. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. Additionally, free parking is available for guests.

My room was on the second floor, but unfortunately, another building blocked the view. I would have preferred a room with a view, but that's just my preference. Upon entering the room, I noticed an odor reminiscent of a house with a dog. I'm unsure if the hotel allows pets, or if the smell originates from another unpleasant source.

Pretty much as described, comfortable bed, great shower, excellent cooking facilities.

The tap exploded- seriously- when I was doing the washing up. In other words, the “spout” shot off, leaving the water to gush up in a huge fountain, drenching me and everything else in the kitchen area. Scary. I obviously reported this, immediately, to the receptionist, but I was left feeling awkward . We were without water for some time, and without an apology until the next morning, when I made my feelings known to the receptionist. He finally apologised, graciously, but said he thought he already had! 🙈 Oh, and there’s no lift from the underground car park to the apartments, so be prepared to carry luggage up lots of stairs.

The quality of the room was great. The price we got for 6 nights over the F1 Australian Grand Prix weekend was amazing as the location is right next to Kew Junction tram stop and was a short 20-30 min tram ride to the Melbourne CBD Southern Cross Station which is where we would the hop on the express trams to the F1 Albert Park Circuit. Plenty of shops like Woolworths, Coles and dinning options all within a very short walk from the hotel. The gentleman at reception provided excellent service and even helped me carry my luggage bag down the stairs to my car when checking out which as I have a physical disability I can’t understate how grateful I was. I would 100% stay here again if I am in Melbourne.

Large room with good facilities, very quiet with only the odd door closing noise. About 500 meters from St Vincent’s Hospital Kew, which was good for my wife with my operation. Very friendly and helpful staff.

All the facilities for washing dishes but no tea towel for drying them. No lift, only stairs to the upper levels, but I was offered a room change to the ground floor on returning from my ankle operation, but I couldn’t justify the extra cleaning for the hotel, but I appreciated the offer.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our three stays in the motel for a total of 20 days. The bathroom was small but ideal. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept very clean with new towels etc when requested. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Parking was very convenient directly beneath the apartment block. There were lots of shops and cafes in easy walking distance. Noise was not a problem for us. It is not a luxury hotel but for what we paid we were very pleased with all aspects.

There is honestly nothing we would criticise although I suppose that had we been on a higher floor, a lift would have been helpful.

room was a good size, Facilities good, excellent location. I intend to make this our go to accommodation when visiting Melbourne. Previously always stayed close to the CBD so experimenting with properties a bit further out. We found transport good and in the city in minutes. This is probably one of the best we have stayed in the last few years visiting Melbourne

Friendly staff member, and easy access to eating establishments. As an inner suburb the frequency of public transport is good

I liked that the premises was very close to shops and that the premises had washing machine and dryer. There was always someone on reception to help out if required. The bed and lounge was comfy. It was good to have a mini kitchenette.

The light in the bathroom was difficult to turn on and a longer shower curtain would have prevented the bathroom from getting too wet. A coffee plunger in the kitchen items would have been nice.
