The facilities were very clean and reasonably new. The location was excellent and the reception and cleaning staff were very nice. Free parking was a bonus, luckily our car fit within the height limitations and the car stacker wasn't hard to use. The mattress was in reasonable nick, firm and there is plenty of hanging space.

The only downsides to the accomodation were all design related and nothing to do with the running of it. The shape of the apartment was awkward and the only airconditioning outlet was in the living room. I can imagine it would be really hot if you had to keep the bedroom door closed for privacy etc. The bedrooms had windows that faced into a void shared by the other rooms. The windows appeared to be one way tinted so people couldn't see in, but you wouldn't get much of a breeze from them. From looking at the floorplan, other apartments were much better (we were in 16).

Location was amazing, the young gent at reception was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Spacious apartment and the waterfall shower head was a dream after the long days of walking around town. The two different types of blinds was a nice touch; kept it extremely private at night and the sheer one allowed the light throughout the day.

We were told that the room would either have a queen or a king bed, but instead we were given two single beds pushed together. There was a hard section in the middle that wasn't comfortable - impacted our sleep a fair bit. The toilet seat was also broken / not fully attached at the hinge; not a massive issue but worth noting.

A lovely self contained apartment just outside the cbd . Good facilities with a kitchen diner . Nice shower toilet room and separate bedroom . Parking facilities in the basement. Washing machine and tumble dryer all inside apartment.

Bed was a little firm but that’s purely my personal opinion and washing wand in the shower would be great . Small matters though .

Definitely a great place to stay in Melbourne. The location is amazing, just 15 min away by foot from the CBD, and despite its central location it was very calm and quiet there. There are plenty tram connections too in the area. The staff in the apartment building was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was spacious, well furnished and even the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook even during a longer stay.

Actually I didn't have anything to criticize during my stay.

spacious room, 2 bathroom, clean, comfy bed, fully facilitated by all electricities such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner. peaceful and quiet.

receptionist would not work 24 hours 7 days. They only work short hours each day and don’t work at all on public holidays. In case you really need help, you will feel a bit worried of what to do. They left a number for you to call though but only if the case is really really really important.

The staff were exceptionally helpful from the reception to cleaning staff. Nothing was too much effort. Highly recommend, would book again.

The lack of towel racks and the shower leaked a fair bit causing the floor mat to be saturated when the shower was used. Also a soap holder in the shower, but nothing major.

It was well maintained, clean and spacious. The location was perfect and only two blocks to the Melbourne Private Hospital.

The parking. There was a small carpark under the building but as we got there late we missed the ‘training’ for parking. It was a ‘stacker’ carpark. Two cars fit into the one spot and the first car is lowered into the basement so another car can park above in the same spot. Looked pretty scary for us country people. Had to park in the street overnight then move the car to a parking station, where we just left it until the next day. $65 later 😮

Very comfortable beds, very clean, full kitchen, large shower ,washing machine, and dryer in room,very spacious, with 2 rooms parking is on a stacker system and property is fully no smoking even on balconies customer service is great very friendly

Apartment was spotless and serviced each day. The bed was really comfortable with plenty of room. Remaining apartment facilities were just what was needed for a few days stay. Location was great for our needs - close to city and also easy drive to many suburbs around Melbourne. Recommended.

Parking is a tight squeeze for turning and we wasn't keen on the stacker parking - particularly as one of us has some mobility limitations. There is a disability parking spot only a couple of doors down, so this served our purpose for our time there.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, free parking and modern facilities. We enjoyed a very comfortable 3 night stay over the footy finals weekend and couldn't be happier. We will be staying here again.
