Bright, clean and comfortable room with a well equipped kitchenette including stove, microwave and cookware. Very comfortable bed. Our room had a small balcony which was nice. Very quiet when the balcony door was closed but nice to have open to enjoy a breeze. Good location near Queen Victoria Market and North of the city. We liked being a little bit away from the noise and bustle of the central city. Lots of beautiful parks nearby. Also a supermarket just across the road and eateries very near by. They also stored our suitcases for the day that we checked out but we weren't flying out til that evening which was very convenient.

The apartment was well equipped for cooking. It had all of the equipment you would need -pots and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. There was a small balcony off the room. There was A/C that worked as heating too. The shower had hot water and good pressure. Location is excellent. Within walking distance to the city centre, as well as a team stop outside and a small grocery shop directly across the street

The room was quite small. Ok for 2 people for a few days but space is quite tight

Super helpful and friendly staff at this City Edge, everyone went above and beyond to assist us and make our recent stays comfortable and stress free. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Thank you to all the staff!!!

The only fault we found was a seriously noisy air conditioning unit in our room. It was in need of repair or replacement and it was impossible to have it running at all whilst we were in the room. Usually this wouldn't cause any concern, but the day in question hit 35° and we had to sleep with our balcony door open. Mosquitoes and the busy street we looked out onto made sleep a little difficult. Not the end of the world and it didn't spoil our stay, just an inconvenience. Would definitely book again and happily recommend to others.

the apartment was nice and clean, very easily accessible and close to the city but far enough out to calm down after a busy day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable plus blackout blinds which made my sleep incredibly nice. very pleased with my time there.

The aircon had a funny smell when I first entered the room and some of the dishes had absolutely not been cleaned by the previous guests but that’s on them not the apartment.

The room had everything we needed - fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, table and chairs, microwave, plates cups and cutlery.

The drains needed a good clean, they smelled pretty bad. We had to have the sliding door to the outside open to get fresh air into the room, but there was no fly screen or net curtain so it was just a hole to the outdoors! We didn't feel comfortable leaving the sliding door open when we were out or when we were sleeping so the room got pretty stuffy and smelly pretty quickly.

Clean, fully equipped with essential for me to cook everyday.

The bed in room 505 is nearly broke into half and they fix it so so. I cannot really jump onto bed after a long tired day of walking bcoz im afraid i am going to break it!

Comfortable venue, good king size bed, good Smart TV, cleanliness OK, close proximity to Hospital, Trams out front, very friendly Staff.

Very disappointed with the Booking.com tariff I paid of $161 (after my Genius discount !!). I was not aware I could get a significantly lower tariff by booking direct to the venue and mentioning I was attending at the nearby Melbourne Hospital. Booking.com should have disclosed this offer to me.

we liked the location it was very handy to Petermac and we found it was surprisingly quiet with a tram passing the door one would hardly hear it we both agreed that if we came to Melbourne even iff it had no connection to the hospital visits we would be very likely to stay there

The location was great. Staff were super, super friendly and very helpful. Room was exactly as advertised and served us well.

The room could have been a bit tidier in some spots - it was clean overall but some corners were a bit dirty and the duvet had a stain.

All amenities were available in this small studio apartment. Location was an added advantage, being very close to Victoria market and (almost) in the free tram zone, getting to the city was easier. Comfortable bed, overall cleanliness and a overall satisfactory bathroom boosted my stay.

Constructions happening around the property made it a bit annoying at times, but this is not a criticism of the property and something that they can amend. No complains whatsoever against the property.
