We have stayed on a previous occassion and again found the rooms, although small were very comfortable and clean. We took the option of having our room made up and towels changed each second day and this was very adequate for our stay. Although we drove from interstate we didnt use the car everyday and took advantage of being very close to public transport which we did used every day.

As this cant be changed due to the structure of the building, we didnt enjoy using two flights of stairs at the end of a busy day, but we took a positive outlook and used it as extra exercise.

I had such a nice time! It was a great location, close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. It was close to this big cozy park, it was close to the city but not too close so the city disrupts your sleep, it was really clean and comfortable in the room, free ac, coffee (with milk) and wi-fi!!! Not even to mention, the sweetest personal<3 So helpful and informative, i was pleasantly surprised :) I really did feel cared for, it’s my first trip alone and there were a lot of emotions bubbling but this stay in a safe environment surrounded by positive people really calmed my nerves<3 if i come back to melbourne, i already know where i’ll be staying!!!

Easy travel to and from Tullamarine airport, great location, super comfy bed/mattress, spotlessly clean. Compact-style double room was perfect for a short stay where I spent most of my days out and about. Iron and board is located in the shared kitchen. Great value.

It didn't bother me not having a lift to the floors where the rooms are located, but it might bother others travelling with large or heavy luggage.

The rooms were kept very clean on arrival and every day. The bathroom was crystal clean and the water was always hot. Location was awesome as we were walking everywhere every day, and never had to walk too far to reach the CBD or other tourist locations such as Rod Laver, Marvel Stadium, Melbourne Museum, Old Melbourne Gaol etc. Ubers had no problems finding the place either. Great hotel.

The heating in the room was good but you were limited to what you could do, as pressing mode would cause issues in other rooms so you didnt have much control over the temperature. Also wish it had a microwave but this is all minor inconveniences :)

There was a kitchen and a laundry room. It was nice to be able to heat up the food in the kitchen and use the utensils there. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfy.

The minibar was in the walk-in closet and there wasn’t an actual table so I had to drag the chair into the walk-in closet for some business meetings.

Location was great, good walking distance with the city centre. In a lovely area with bars, cafes and shops. Staff were super accommodating, allowed us to have things delivered to the hotel. Had everything we needed. Nice kitchen and chill out area. We paid for parking and our car was kept secure for the week.

We only decided got our room cleaned/made up once and they didn’t change the sheets for us

Location is very close to CBD, not noisy at night. Small room but apt for a night stay. We are a couple who stayed 5 nights, mostly used for sleeping at night as days spent were roaming around Melbourne. Very close to tram access. Laundry and kitchen access.. the beds were done 3 nights out of 5. Has pump dispense handsoap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body moisturiser. USB x 4 charging station for all ur gadgets. Aircon temp control.

Kitchen n laundry closes early. Kitchen should be kept open till late. We used to return after 10pm and couldn't access kitchen for drinking water. Had to buy water bottles from hotels vending machine.

Easy and affordable stay, the tram stop is only a short stroll across the road and an IGA just down the road offers all supplies you need. Lots of eatery options, the mexican place did a great deal with tacos and magaritas for 30 dollars. I'll keep an eye out for availability here in future.

The bathroom in room 15 didnt really have any hooks to hang your clothes and towels and things. We had to use the shower curtain rail and would run into the cold wet towel in the middle of the night when using the bathroom.

Lovely and clean, nice bathroom, tv with lots of channels. Very comfortable and large bed. Nice staff and excellent location near Victoria Market (about 10 mins walk) and 5 minutes from some nice cafes for brekkie.

Air conditioners and fridge too loud (we didn’t use our AC but could hear it from the other room; fridge was old and noisy so we had to turn it off). School trip on our corridor - not the staff’s fault but teachers should be asked not to do full briefings in the corridors and to manage the students better. Kitchen exists but we didn’t use it as it was very small and not much space to eat without taking food to canteen downstairs (which was taken over by the school trip anyway). Negatives don’t outweigh positives and we would stay here again.

The hotel is a bit retro, but it's kept well which I personally like. It had a nice homely feel to it but the bathroom was still fresh and modern. It suited the basic needs, but it was quite cozy and comforting to stay in as well. Which really added to the overall experience. The parking was easy too, either free parking on the side road (but you have to move your car each morning) or $40 to park around the back of the hotel a night. And the location is very ideal, less than a 200m walk from an IGA and tram stop. Very very useful!

To be honest there isn't a lot I can fault about Miami Hotel. The only thing I can think of is that there's no elevator, it's just stairs. Which isn't super ideal for getting luggage up to your room. But this issue isn't big enough to dampen the overall experience in my eyes!
