Location convenient to Deakin Sports Precinct for our Rep Netball Tournament. Presentation of room was excellent, so too room was value for money, plus overall room amenities and comfort were very good. Fabulous meal and staff service at the motel’s steakhouse restaurant, plus loved the convenience of a quick walk to Mildura Central for shopping, bus or taxi. Traffic noise coming into my Room (4) was a bit noisy of a evening, but quietened down by 8pm and didn’t notice it thereafter. Lastly, as a solo female traveller felt very safe my entire stay

Hmm, tricky question....while room service (even just breakfasts) would be handy, the food and coffee at the 24hr cafe directly across the road was as good as many inner Melbourne cafes, and delicious steakhouse restaurant onsite means your breakfasts and dinners taken care of. With the shopping centre a 3 min walk away to Woolies or takeaways too, it’s hard to find any fault with the Boulevard!

The king bed was very clean and comfortable with lovely white cotton sheets. The bathroom was clean and shower good.

The toilet roll holder is in a very awkward position. The three young men, from the room next door and two women, from an upstairs room across the carpark, sat outside on chairs in the carparking space chatting, swearing and drinking till 12.25pm. We tried to ring management unsuccessfully as it was out of hours. It was a very stressful situation as we had no means of dealing with the issue. Next morning the cleaners gave us a security phone number for future reference.

Very impressed with the cooperation of the staff, friendly reception and also the convenient dining facility.

Some work being undertaken in the grounds made access a little awkward and egress a little later than I wanted (I was towing a trailer with a large 4WD and had to wait for others to leave before I could move my vehicle and trailer). However the reception staff helped greatly in scoping an access route and off-street parking. They were also very helpful in providing additional facilities and advice.

Clean and modern, BBQ cooking area and pool. Good location although long walk into town. Macdonalds next door which could come in handy. A very nice motel which I would stay in again.

No nets on the windows meaning we had to close the blackout blind for privacy during daylight hours. Other rooms had nets so make sure to ask for one with them. Bathrooms have wall hanging dispensers for shampoo, shower gel etc but weren’t re filled so nearly empty. pool area had no seating available. Also no smoke alarm.

The staff were excellent especially Bonnie who could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean & comfortable.

The bed was big and comfortable. Shower was great. The room and bathroom was extremely clean.

The people in the room next to us were smoking hooter and the smell was strong and came through into our bathroom.and you could smell it outside as well. The road noise from drag races at night was very loud. Other than that it was a good room and would stay again thinking maybe different neighbours next time and considering it was a Saturday night.

They made us feel welcome by communicating with us well. Bonnie deserves a raise, she went to the trouble of greeting us at arrival despite not needing to. And was very assistive with the 'where's good to get quality food ' questions despite being after her working hours. A+++

Some minimal unavoidable road noise and cramped car spaces.

We had a family funeral to attend and stayed 3 nights. Management were great during the day, but off site at night. The bathroom was very clean and linen great. The restaurant was closed (new owners), so there was no breakfast menu. We did appreciate the plates, cutlery, and toaster to make our own breakfast. The motel was beside McDonalds, so we could get good coffee!

The location was on the main road into Mildura and opposite a service station, so traffic noise was constant. I did need management support during one night of my 3 day stay - the next room was playing loud music till 1.30am on Sunday night- and there wasn't anyone to help.

We booked online then arriving just at closing time but they stayed open for us Room upstairs Easy parking Great size room Very clean room amazing beds Great night sleep Blind keep most of the Sun out to sleep till 8 am as we had a bad night in another town the night before so well rested & restored to travel again today our daughter was running late getting ready so rang reception & asked for 20 minutes more of to have a late check out & they happily let her stay . Very Grateful for an Amazing stay, we will be back

Room was very clean and tidy, very decent in size to spend Christmas with our 2 children, we even had to bring the Christmas tree, shout out to Bec the housekeeper who wrote the cutest little note to us on my daughters whiteboard wishing us a merry Christmas, then proceeded to tuck my daughters teddy bear into her bed, she thought this was the best thing even when we returned to the room after a big day of visiting family.
