Great location in centre of town. For those who wanted it, having basic cooking facilities is handy (we didn’t use). Breakfast downstairs was good (bit limited menu), friendly staff. Cute original lift was a bit quirky & charming.

Strange living room set up! Very large room with dining table & chairs, a couch facing a blank wall where a tv should go, next to a giant corner spa bath! Get rid of the spa, hang a tv on wall, add a rug & another couch (or arm chairs) & turn it back into a living room. It’s a family room so should be comfortable for a family to relax in.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. We asked if there was a microwave on site where guests can use as we has to heat baby bottles and the reception staff member went out of her way to put a microwave in our room. The room was extreme clean and comfortable. The location and free on-site parking was great.

It is a heritage listed building therefore the lift cannot be renovated. The lift is old and not easily used by people with a baby pram. The pram was too wide for the old lift therefore I had to take the baby out of the pram and take the pram apart to use the lift.

The room was very large with separate toilet and shower. Has enough room for a baby cot one night. The bedding and pillows were great which is important to me. Didn't dine in. No room service due to public holiday weekend with Easter but brought clean towels straight up when asked. Very spacious and well equipped room and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The lift is antiquated and even says it is Heritage Listed. That's great but very small and only holds two people. When staying on the third floor that's not ideal. view from the room was of the aircon units on the roof so not great either.

Nice large room on the second floor with efficient air conditioning and a good sitting area. Spa bath was a bonus, and everything else was clean and tidy, if a little dated. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town, and has a restaurant attached.

The shower is over the bath, which means an inconvenient step up for people with any form of mobility problem. The restaurant does not open for breakfasts on a Sunday which was disappointing as we then had to find a cafe after packing up and checking out.

I liked how the staff were helpful and very amazing. The room was nice. The pool was nice and cool. Everything was very clean. Our stay was perfect

They only thing that I didn’t like was that the shower door opened half way the door was attached about half way so when you try and open it there’s barely any room to get into the shower but other than that our stay was perfect

There was plenty of on-site parking. A room up grade was a pleasant surprise.

2 of the 4 drinking glasses in the fridge were dirty so I had to wash all 4 of them to be sure that they were clean. quite a few of the curtain hooks were off the curtain tracks. I had to kill 2 blowflies in the room & when we ate in the restaurant there were little insects (maybe baby flies?) that we had to swipe away from our food & drinking glasses.

Excellent Location, so close to all required facilities such as attractions, restaurants, etc. Room was massive and more than we really needed but selected as we wanted a King size bed

Decor a bit dated, bed was average comfort level, floors needed a good vacuum, obviously not done before we moved in. We had to move the bed side tables to turn on the light switches for the bed lamps, and we were really shocked with the dirt behind Them. Obviously been a long time since the room had been thoroughly cleaned. Windows neede a good claen as well inside and out, lots of pigeon dropings on outside windows.

Location was great, the room was a good size, bathroom was large and very clean and there was plenty of parking available. The hotel has a lovely restaurant in it.

The hotel was old and musty, and the floor covering needed a good carpet cleaning. The photos of the hotel on the booking sight were so much glossier than what our room was.

Very spacious and clean apartments with ample of parking facilities. It’s centrally located within walking distance from shopping centres. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a very pleasant experience staying here with kids.

Everything was good.

Location was good. Room was clean. Staff friendly. The historic elevator was a pretty cool thing to still have at the hotel.

Needs a bit of an upgrade to the rooms. Perhaps a new paint job and updated furniture. Not that important, but would make the stay a bit more comfortable.
