The room was very clean, spacious and the shower was wonderful. I was surprised that the bed was so comfortable and in particular the pillow as I'd stayed somewhere else in Swan Hill the night before and the bed and pillow were terrible. I had a great nights sleep.

The only thing I found that I didn't like but was still tolerable was that there was no designated parking for the room. Nevertheless I still managed to park my car within easy reach of the room.

Staff are amazing! This includes management right through to the cleaners. I've stayed there about 4 times in 4 months the staff and management actually make you feel like family. They're great for a laugh and to give great tourist advice. I would never stay anywhere else in Mildura while current management are running the place. I travel a lot for work that put me up in 5 star places but when I'm in Mildura I prefer here because I know I am treated like friends and family!

A microwave in the room would be good.

Very nice place, very friendly staff, good facilities, close to what we needed.

There did not seem to be any set car parks according to rooms and as a consequence because we arrived very late back to the motel, there was no where for us to park near our room, people just tended to park anywhere, which is what we ended up doing too, not ideal, but at least we found somewhere to park within the grounds of the motel.

Motel is above all very good value for money. It has all you need for a short stay ..the bathrooms have been renovated into a modern pleasing style. Hot water is quickly on hand. The shower is a delight after a long road trip. Bed comfortable, linen great. And minimal road noise. Would stay here again.

Location for us is perfect as it is a few minutes walk from the people we are visiting. Rooms are spacious and clean; staff friendly; fairly quiet location. Did not use the Wi-Fi so unable to rate.

TV kept pixellating during live coverage sports shows which was frustrating. Hate the bathroom basins but understand that they are space saving.

Room had jug and toaster so brought bread, margarine and honey. Bed was very comfortable.

Couldn't leave curtains open as room would have been in full view of anyone walking past. Only a teatowel was provided so had to buy a cloth to wipe bench down and to wash plates/cups also had to buy teaspoon, also didn't like having to clean dishes in bathroom basin.

Friendly and helpful staff and adequate AC (it was 40 degrees).

I thought the shower alcove was dangerously slippery! A proper mat would be a good idea. I'd have liked to have a microwave oven and a coffee maker (Nespresso would be fine). The fridge didn't have an ice cube tray and needed to be defrosted.

It was exceptionally clean and tidy. It's an older motel but a lot of time and effort has gone into renovating and modernising the rooms. The man running the place was absolutely lovely.

The internet/wifi was very slow and unable to be used. Unsure if there were too many people logged on or whether there was ISP difficulties.

It's a basic motel from the outside, but it's quite modern and very well set out in the rooms, I was surprised that we had a couch and a dining table in our room along with our 2 beds, it was quite spacious for a basic motel room. It was very quiet in the room, couldn't hear any outside noise.

Another light near the lounge dining area, we were trying to play cards and there was not enough lighting. Maybe even a floor lamp. No bed lamps next to all beds.

Bed was wonderful! Toiletries and towels dusplayed nicely- modern bathroom fittings and open out doors to external area was good. Large windows with plenty of light.

Longer drapes to keep light out in the early morning- maybe a cabinet to sit toilet bag on in bathroom.
