The room was comfortable and clean. Room service was great. Staff were lovely. Shared facilities were great. Place was run efficiently. Convenience to shopping was awesome. Supermarkets and shopping mall were a short walk away.

Facilities were dated and a bit shabby but quite honestly everything else was so homely, friendly, and convenient that it palled into insignificance. It was worth every cent and we would go back there and recommend it to friends. Real value for money.

Good value, it was everything I expected for the price. Clean towels, soap, fridge with milk and cold water, coffee, tea, good ol’ Kooka’s biscuits. Kettle, toaster, microwave. Spare pillows and blankets in the cupboard. Hairdryer, TV, swimming pool! Good hot water and good a/c & heating. Not too much noise from surrounding rooms. In need of a bit of TLC but otherwise clean and secure. All your shopping and dining needs within walking distance.

Pool could’ve used a clean (had a few bugs) but didn’t stop us swimming and lounging by the pool.

Just across from the shopping centre. Manager was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. It had everything we needed, and the bathroom was a good size. Good location as it is close to other shops and food places.

The walls were too thin as you could hear everything and everyone around you. Had to stay on the second floor. Wife has trouble with stairs, but the manager did try to put us on the first floor, but could not manage it.

Old style but great facilities. Pristine linen. Good shower head pressure.

There was a light on the stairs right outside my window all night that the curtains didn’t quite block out. It was needed as a safety measure, but was switched off at 6am just before I was attempting to go down the stairs and pack my car in the dark which was very difficult . The timing was all wrong. It needed to be on when people were leaving m, but didn’t need to be on from midnight to 5 am.

Location was great.The staff where great. Rooms clean plenty of tea.coffee.sugar and milk great continental breakfast in the morning.I recommended this motel I will be staying there whenever I go to Mildura. To the office staff thank you for a great few days and cleaning staff thank you for cleaning our room ever day

Adequate space for our needs. Soft lighting and additional bed lights. space for luggage plus table + chairs Nice hot water in bathroom. Coffee and tea facilities and a TV that worked fine. Close to large shopping center and eating places. Slept well even though traffic going past.

Everything right from check in and room facilities and location. Host were awesome. Although situated in heart of city across Mildura central, there was peace in the room. I could do my work very efficiently. I will stay there next time i visit Mildura again...

I stayed for 3 nights but cannot think of anything i didnt like. Its so good.

Very fast internet. New smart tv was easy to use. Good location opposite Mildura Plaza. Large rooms and bathroom.

It could use a touch up. Rooms were aged. Bathroom door was a bit difficult to open and close. Main door didn’t seem to close properly. Shower temperature was extremely hard to adjust, the smallest crank of the hot water tap and the hot water would take over.

as requested we were provided with a ground floor room that was in fact a family room for 4 persons (at the price quoted for 2 persons) with a car parking space just next to the room front door, the room fridge was working just fine as was the kettle and we used the tea bags and coffee packs provided. Aircon was already on when we came so with an outside temperature of 38 Celsius it was a welcome relief. The best Vietnamese restaurant in town Bun Mi is almost next door !

the only minor inconvenience was the leaking tap on the wash basin in the bathroom but our host was able to repair as soon as asked, so a good point for his ability to fix them immediately

very good value, very pleasant with good onsite parking good pool, great location for shopping.

update to the overall bedding and furnishings would help this property a lot,
