Excellent reception staff. excellent location, for us close to the beach shops cafes beautiful trees, you can hear the birds, beautiful garden. Excellent value for $. it is not 5 stars it is 3 1/2 stars with very obliging staff.

BEDS you feel the springs, they need replacing sink is out of proportion too large for the space. it is with new management. whom are aware of it. Norwood House is going to be renovated. Cleaners ok, but could wipe the marks off the walls.

Interesting bathroom concept - toilet was on one side of the room, shower & basin on the other side behind a curtain with 2 single beds in between! The single bed closest to the shower was the most comfortable, so my daughter had the best bed!

At the time of our stay, they were renovating one of the reception rooms, hopefully they move onto the rooms next - definitely not the worst place we've stayed at but the rooms were a bit 'tired' & once they have a brand spanking new reception room, they should renovate the rooms to bring them up to speed! I still can't get over the bathroom concept, only because I've never seen it before! For those that were wondering, unlike the 'shower room' the toilet does have a proper door!

The room was really comfortable- bed great with lots of gorgeous pillows and crisp linen. Clean modern bathroom with great water pressure! Cute older style pool was clean and we took a glass of wine, dangled our feet and had a swim. Delightful manager on for a chat. We had a delicious breakfast brought to our room in the morning.

The grounds at the rear of the property are slightly “in transition scruffy“but didn’t take away from the charm.

Lovely owner Lori.. He is an excellent manager and owner attended to our every needs and allowed us early check in.. And just really helpful made our stay really great and the accommodation is close to the main strip and where the happening is. THANK YOU LORI.:)

The rooms just need a bit of renovation but it comfortable. And the management is on it... So all good.. :)

Large bedroom and spa bath. Good amount of utensils, glassware, crockery. Ample towels, facewashers, etc. Good size fridge. Spacious room.

When showering, water splashed across the floor. No soap or shampoo in the shower recess, these were only fixed on the wall above the bath. Not allocated parking spots for each unit, therefore because we arrived late, we had to park in the back car park. There was no 'do not disturb' sign available as we would have preferred that house cleaning did not enter our room.

Perfect location for attending a family celebration. Room was small but more than adequate. Quite clean.. nice big comfy bed. Just what we needed.. Laurier made our breakfast to order and sat and chatted at my husband's request.

It was a typical motel with attractive grounds. A table per room is provided outside for guests to sit. A great place to lay one's head for a night.

Laurie at reception was great and made our stay most enjoyable

Not able to wash dirty dishes. No sink or soap and hand towels. We were not able to use the bbq area for our evening snake. A bit tight for 6 in one room.

Late check in ,Bed was comfy ,place was very clean ,Had good internet.. Nice place to stay.

One of the fellow guests kept running water every twenty minutes ,But that is not their fault at all.. Everything they had offered and set up was spot on.

Location - on main road, but not noisy; good sized bed; nice surroundings.

Bathroom that you had to turn sideways in to get past the basin. Mozzies - but we were informed of them. A screen door would be really good.

Bed was excellent..

Need to replace old, thin Bath towels. Nothing nicer for a motel guest than fluffy towels early in the morning. Need simple maintenance, such as remove marks on walls. Touch up painting on skirting boards at doorway and internal.
