Location was excellent for us. Our room was perfect, comfy and spacious for our 7night stay. Plenty of toiletries and other wee extras were much appreciated. Handy power outlets with usb ports by the bedsides was super handy. Being able to make espresso based coffee and other hot drinks in the lobby and take them to our room was so awesome, especially retuning after a long day out. The close proximity to the restaurant next door and the shopping centre over the road was an added bonus. There was an overnight storm and we woke to a power outage which affected many suburbs, the staff were friendly and helpful with info as well as giving us complimentary breakfast packs which was really kind. It would have been a very stressful morning for them but they were calm friendly and professional.

I loved how you didn’t have to go to far to get to your room. Especially after a tiring day. I also enjoyed that we had free wifi and streaming services. The shower was lovely and being able to open the windows helped a lot when it got hot.

Not being able to change the temperature of the room. As even in winter we had to keep the window open so it wouldn’t get to hot and sleeping under the covers made it very hot for us uncomfortably so. And one more chair in the room would have been nice as well, just because if I or my partner ate at the same time one of us would either have to eat on the bed or stand. Not a big issue but didn’t want to get the bed dirty.

The location may not be suitable for all people, but it was PERFECT for me. I was travelling for work and found this space - only 15mins drive from where I was working. The amenities of the actual hotel plus having the restaurant right next door PLUS multiple restaurants/takeaways PLUS a supermarket across the road. Perfect. Noting (at least in my room) there was no microwave but there was a small fridge. Would definitely recommend if needing accommodation in the area! Staff were excellent too!

There was nothing I didn't like. I didn't use the gym although it looked good from the outside. Nothing to fault in my stay.

Beautiful room, exceptionally clean. Bed beyond comfortable. The person who helped check me in was friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt, and the food was great.

You can't control the temperature of your room. When I arrived, my room felt stuffy and hot, I tried to change the temperature with the wall control only to find out it was locked and you're unable to change heating/cooling, windows only open a few inches so no help there. It resulted in a terrible sleep as my room was too hot. I'd stay again during winter.

The rooms got quite hot. The a/c is set to 19 degrees and you can’t change it, so got quite stuffy. It’s only 2 stories, so if anyone is partying downstairs you can hear them. Noise kept going until after midnight. Also we got there at 1:35, and were told check in was at 2pm. Would have been nice to be able to check in a touch early. Always a nice gesture. However, would stay here again. Probably not in summer though!

Clean. I could not hear the traffic. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Gym and dining option was convenient. Friendly door staff. The room looked out to a courtyard. Low velocity HVAC, didn’t dry my eyes. Shower space, rose, and water pressure. Smart TV allowed me to watch the Olympic qualifier. Complementary water so I didn’t have to use the bathroom sink.

The parking was not secure over night, I didn’t have any issue. The travel shower gel and shampoo creates a lot of single use plastic. Wall mount dispensers are a more environmental option.

The place was modern and very clean equipped with a 24/7 coffee and tea station at the lobby. There was ample parking space and easy to access with the two different exits and entries. The staff were always helpful and made check-in and check-out easy and fuss-free. Would definitely stay here again, positions us in a great place near enough to the Dandenong Ranges, Phillip Island, Mornington Peninsula and the likes. There's even a buffet breakfast if required across from the lobby for $15 starting at 7 am if you don't want to fuss with finding breakfast or going too far. They also had paid laundry facilities and a small gym in the building. Handy for travellers who haven't been home in a while.

The Queen Suite is ideal for an extended stay with bedroom/bathroom separate from lounge/dining/kitchenette. Location of motel is handy for dining, groceries, and further travel. Internal decor is pleasant with comfortable furniture and there is little noise from other rooms. Suite is well lit naturally and artificially with plenty of power and USB outlets. Having a balcony was very pleasant. There is plenty of easily accessible parking.

Our suite was located just a few metres from the adjoining hotel's very noisy and very late opening outdoor area. One of the two a/c units would not retain setting. Kitchenette table was in need of maintenance to stabilise.

Location is good, on-site parking is provided, groceries (Woolworths) and eateries are in walking distance. Rooms are clean, and the room with 2 queen beds is spacious enough that all 4 of us can open our big luggage without blocking the way. The room facilities, shower water flow, and water heater are excellent. 👍🏻 Breakfast @ $15 per pax.

The bed is not very comfortable (a bit too soft for me). Light can be installed at the shower area as it's a bit dark. We faced some problems during breakfast as there was some miscommunication between the staff but everything was settled well.

I did not book breakfast as it was a spur of the moment decision to book there, and I wasn't even sure what was on offer had the kids to think about as well and their fussy buggers. Location was great right where i needed to be and close for dinner virtually straight in front outside the building.

No fan in the toilet area isn't that good. Our toilet seat was twisted not straight I forgot to let them know about it. obviously, the cleaners know about it cleaning that area consistently. needs loosening and readjusting. My partner said she got the smell of cigarettes whilst in the bathroom at one stage maybe it made its way down through the vent system not sure. As there are smoking rooms so I assume it came from one of them. No complementary biscuits for ur tea or coffee
