Location - The Admiral Motor Inn is close to the shops and across the road from the beach. Despite being located on the main road, the room was quiet. The room - The room was spotless, the decor was modern, and the bed was comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay. The management/staff - From check-in until check-out, everyone that I spoke to was friendly and helpful. You can tell that the owners really care about the guests comfort. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

My stay was excellent the manager was courteous, friendly and helpful. The room itself ( No 5) was extremely comfortable with the bathroom being equipped with everything that was needed to aid a disabled person. You do need to bring your own over the toilet seat if required. There was a great supply of tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as milk. Cutlery, cups, dinner plates, bowls as well as wine and water glasses are also supplied. The room was spotlessly clean and the air conditioner was working extremely well in very hot conditions. Overall a great motel and I would not hesitate to return on another occasion.

This is absolutely brilliant accommodation - very comfortable with lovely large room with well equipped amenities prepared with care. The hosts are super helpful + approachable + friendly. The location is amazing - directly across the road from the beach + pier - well placed for those early morning walks. The shops + restaurants are within easy walking distance - it is a great place to stay!!

friendly host and staff. The host gave a lot of information of dinning options, scenic views, kids friendly spots etc. the most important is all ideas directly connect to local and easy to reach. The location just two blocks from Rosebud jetty. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets just located in walking distance. The motel room is small but well planed. The facility maintained well and clean.

The shower screen quite small. The driveway is narrow, needs to turn around at the end. Just located on main road, slightly noise on pick season.

Well from start to finish it was a great stay. Neil was so welcoming., Showed as to the room, made sure we knew where everything was and suggested great eating places... Nothing was too much trouble, a great host and will 110% be staying again. The room Was clean. 10/10 and Comfortable Many thanks

The rooms were great, all the expected amenities, nice clean rooms, stylish, spacious, and private. The owners are incredible and very accomodating, as well as giving you plenty of recommendations about what to do in the neighbourhood. The location is also excellent, walking distance to everything you could need, as well as driving distance to heaps of activities!

I don’t have one negative critique.

The staff that received us was very friendly, they informed us of the activities that could be done nearby, the nearest restaurants and room information. The room is spacious, clean and with all the comforts such as a microwave, toaster, etc. Parking is in front of your room, so that was a big plus.

I like all. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

From the moment we checked in, Neal was a wonderful host. He was super friendly and always willing to help answer any question we had. His local knowledge was fabulous, and he was able to recommend great places to eat and sites to visit. The room itself was super spacious and clean, and had an air of luxury about it.

This a really lovely, cosy place to stay, and l wish l could have stayed longer! Everything was beautifully clean, and l was made to feel welcome from the moment l stepped in reception. Loved all the little extra toiletries, and selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate was a happy bonus. As a female travelling alone, l felt very safe and secure. The location was really quiet, yet so central. The bed was absolute heaven! One of the best beds l have slept in, and l have travelled a great deal. Highly recommend, perfect base for visiting the Hot Springs and all the attractions the area has to offer 💜

The guy on reception (the owner I think) was very friendly and welcoming and helpful re places to eat etc. Across the road from Rosebud beach and short walk to cafes and restaurants. Servo right next door. Good size room. Better tv channels than we’ve seen in a lot of motels! DVD and book library available in reception. Allocated parking right outside the room. Full length mirror very handy.
