The room was spacious as was the bathroom. There was a comfortable bed, a couch and table and chairs plus a good sized bench and ample crockery and cutlery etc. The breakfasts were fantastic and varied from day to day. There were laundry facilities too which we were very pleased to have access to. It was nice and peaceful - most appreciated after a day of driving and/or sightseeing.

Not that this can be changed but lugging our bags up and down the steps especially in the rain did not impress us. I thought there may have been a better view out over the bay however we were very comfortable staying there.

Saltair is nestled in the hills overlooking Middleton Beach. It is Adults only and nicely secluded. The View , Location, quietness and breakfast were outstanding. The facilities were fantastic, especially the Bathtub as I am a short person and could actually touch the end with my feet and not feel like I was going to drown. The ambience was that of a European Villiage . We will certainly be back.

There was nothing I didnt like, however a glass shower screen would be good so that the tiles in the Bathroom didnt become so slippery.

Simple, unfussy fabulous Bath, lovely soft water, magazines yes mags are a winner, good to see them back after the pandemic

Nothing! However the brochure mentioned a small block of shops with fish and chips and heaven sent a wine bar. I was off like a rocket leaving my frozen meal behind. But it was Tuesday and nothing was open. Even the 3 anchors pub was shut. So it might be worth mentioning this in the brochure, but I had a pleasant walk and ended up with my frozen meal.

The property had an excellent location with a water view, in a quiet area. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed, plus a few extras, such as bathrobes and good coffee and other things to drink that made us feel very welcome. The place was very clean and fresh feeling and was good value for the money.

We liked everything. The only possible problem was that we could easily hear the neighbours in the next room as the walls were very thin. Fortunately, they were a quiet couple. Had they been noisy, it would have been a real problem.

Great location with a partial view of the ocean. We didn't take the option of breakfast. Close to Middleton Beach and some cafe's, eateries nearby. A short drive to Albany town. All in all a good place to stay. Well equipped.

No real complaint but although a microwave is supplied it was a little inconvenient cooking on the bbq if the weather was cold and windy. Also, like most holiday accommodation we could hear some noise from above and next door apartments but minimal and not during sleeping hours.

The breakfasts were absolutely superb - every day. Well appointed bathroom that made the most of the space. The room was spacious and had everything that we wanted. The location overlooking Middleton Beach was excellent and there is a balcony so you can make the most of it. Walking to local shop, bar, restaurant & fish & chip shop - then along the beach. We were lucky with the weather and a super full moon in Albany, but there is so much to do - we'll be back.

Builders over the road for a couple of mornings, but nothing you can do about that.

Everything! From booking with ease to the view and the fabulous bath, it's a great location to explore Albany. It was our first time in Albany, and we will be back. It's a beautiful spot. Excellent daily room service as well. The handy self-contained Kitchenette is perfect for a simple meal. We also ordered food to be delivered. Plus, the location has easy access to eating out. Highly recommend.

This was an exceptional place to stay. Our time in Albany made so nice by having this delightful, spotlessly clean, luxurious accommodation. The spa bath, gowns, comfortable bed, lounge , kitchen facilities and sunny balcony were such a lovely addition to our first holiday in WA. Great communication and ease of check in made for a stress free trip down from Perth. Would highly recommend Saltair

Absolutely nothing

The standard of accommodation was better than anything we have previously experienced in Albany. It was first class, the fittings were modern and slick, and everything had been thought of for the guest. Views were excellent, room size was excellent and it was $70/night cheaper than a standard room at where we normally go. This place is superb value. We didn't meet the hosts so can't give a score but we give them 10 out of 10 for the place.

Amenities were clean and comfortable. Able to get fresh milk from the cleaners each day.

Whilst we really liked the accommodation, we're not sure it's luxurious as described. Certainly comfortable, but nothing outstanding for what, in essence, is a hotel room. Photos of the views must have been taken sometime ago. View from Suite 1, which is back in the corner, was mostly the roof of the house next door and trees.
