31 on the Terrace

Amazing location, smack bang in the middle of the town, beautifully kept, immaculate interior, fun knick-knacks in the halls. I had the New York themed room that welcomed you with a big bed and a spacious balcony (with outdoor table and chairs and a sunbathing bed to lounge on), overlooking the hustle and bustle of Denmark. An open wardrobe with space for your luggage. USB ports beside the bed, which was a lovely surprise. Loved the atmosphere and vibe that was kept to align with the time of the building itself. It was only an overnight stay before heading back to Perth, but I felt relaxed as if I were home. Thank you all, I didn't want to leave, I will be back for a longer stay, that's for sure!

We had an excellent time here. They were able to book us in on very short notice so we could see my sick grandmother, and the room was wonderful to stay in. At about 3am on our first night the guests in the room next to us started getting in a loud fight with each other that lasted for around an hour and a half, preventing us from sleeping. The next day we spoke to Rob the proprietor and he immediately told the other guests to quiet down or they'd be kicked out. He mentioned this almost never happens and he'd only ever had to remove a guest twice in his many years running the place, so we were just unlucky that these people decided to stay here when we did. He also upgraded us to a bigger room with a nicer bed free of charge so we'd be further away if they were noisy again. We tried to offer him the difference in cost between the rooms but he wouldn't accept it and urged us to enjoy our stay. Now that's excellent hospitality! I couldn't recommend staying here enough, 11/10

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We arrived early and were able to have our room and parking bay. We would stay here again even though the room was on the small side, but the balcony was great 👍

The out door balcony could do with a little TLC, unfortunately they only have two parking bays so we were lucky to get one. The price is probably just a bit more than what we normally pay for in the area, possibly due to the location.

Located right in town with off street parking available. We had a room with a balcony which gave our group of 4 space to sit and chat. Access with heavy cases takes a bit of effort but achievable. We could have packed our nightly needs in a smaller bag. Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

The most central location, right in the heart of Denmark town. Makes the perfect base to exploring what Denmark has to offer, or a convenient overnight stop. The property was spotless, with all the amenities you might need. Our host was very friendly and so helpful with local recommendations.

The property was in the main intersection of Denmark. Parking available. Room and Bed was comfortable. It was a last minute booking. Will definitely stay there again.

I would have liked the vanity basin wider. cabinet can stay as is just basin larger. Also faucet higher so you can fill bottles and kettle. Probably change the skirting Tile to look cleaner and newer. Otherwise very nice. Comfortable.

Location in the centre of town was excellent. We booked the family size room (room for 2 person bunk plus KS bed) because I needed to work as well as holiday and its size was very generous, but the other rooms also looked quite OK for a few days. It has a nice 'feel'. It is an old building with no lift, but the stairs aren't strenuous. It was very clean and recently refurbished tastefully.

The ensuite was quite small but OK for purpose. The wifi was very glitchy, as was the TV (large but no way to connect to internet) - to be fair I didn't ask for staff help on either as I just hot spotted my phone for WiFi and didn't really want to watch the TV.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with everything around town within walking distance. The room itself was very spacious (especially after we got a room upgrade as the initial room that I booked wasn't able to house myself, my wife and my little one. And the upgrade was offered free of charge so thanks a lot to the friendly host for making that happened) The room has a large sofa and a dining table as well, making the stay even more comfortable.

The bathroom was slightly small

Beautiful Rooms for a weekend stay, in the centre of town so it is easy to get around everywhere, Staff Was very friendly to everyone

The fire alarm went off at 3:00am- due to a faulty problem, not anyone's fault was a great stay.

31 On The Terrace is everything it claims to be. A comfortable home away from home in the middle of Denmark. I expected some noise from through-town traffic, but my room was incredibly quiet. I arrived very late, and Rob allocated a room where I'd have a good quiet sleep. It's that kind of thoughtfulness you can expect from these guys.
