Ideal for families on the go. Simple electronic check-in at the hotel entrance. You get the code to enter the hotel and your room. It is very good when you are not sure of your arrival time. The rooms was clean and comfortable. Free and spacious parking in front of the hotel. The hotel met our expectations.

When you are in a hotel for one night, just to sleep, and everything is in line with your expectations - then there are no things you don't like.

Location - near Graz centre is excellent (if you have time, you can go to the centre by foot). Parking was easy, there was plenty of empty parking spots. Room was small, but contains everything we need. Children was excited about bunk bed. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty.

Construction around the hotel was very loud. When workers started to dig something, room was shaking as if there was little earthquake. We rather left for evening walk and after return everything was quiet.

The staff was really friendly, beds are big enough and comfortable, there was air conditioning in the room. We loved the dark thick courtains. It's easily accesible with big parking and close to city center.

There could be an extra pillow or two in the room as they are really soft and thin, there were some stains on the courtains.

The room was enough for one person, everything was clean. The staff on the reception was friendly and helpful. In the evening you can order pizza, it was also well baked. Reception is not 24h but there are all opportunities for late check-in.

It was possible to hear everything from the corridor and neighbor rooms.

We had a family room to give us extra space for a longer stay. The rooms were well designed so you could eat there if necessary and there was room to hang clothes to dry. The shower was good. Everything was kept clean. The breakfast was very good. We were travelling by public transport and the location was convenient for the 630 bus to the airport as well as tram line 5 into the city centre.

Dining options nearby were limited.

We loved that the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and shiny, the check-in was easy, fast and flexible, the bakery products at breakfast were delicious and fresh, the staff was kind and very helpful.

We missed some plant-based milk at breakfast, and there could be more storage room for clothes. The ventilator was constantly working in the bathroom, which was a little loud and disturbing.

1. No parking slots if you come at night 2. Auto check-in process is terribly slow. If you book several rooms you have to provide the same info twice. What if I we were a group with 10 rooms? Should I put my passport details 10 times?

This was our 5th time in this hotel. Still, the service level is good. Perfect location if you are traveling to the south from Poland. Tge rooms ale small but ckean and comfortable. I really appreciate the self check in process when you have to do this late.

Location is good, flexible cancellation options, fast check-in, no need to checkout as there are no keys, modern, and really good beds.

There is no mini bar (we actually needed a fridge) but I think it’s because this option could increase the room cost.

It is a simple B&B hotel, but it is clean and calm. It is next to Billa so it’s very convenient. there are a lot of parking space

I do not like breakfasts in such hotels. they are very simple. besides on Monday morning there are a lot of lack of stuffs.
