The location is amazing, right in the city center. The hotel is like an interior design magazine. Everything is just perfect. The beds are comfy, the room looks amazing and they even have Rituals cosmetics for use in the bathroom. Love it. The receptionists are so nice and helpful. The even suggested and booked us a perfect restaurant for pasta that we wanted as it was a very busy night in the city.

The wifi was poor in our room, but I didn't need it. Sometimes I do work from abroad and that would be a problem. But I am sure helpful staff would take care of it if needed.

Our stay was superb. We are traveling with a 2 year old which can be challenging at times but everything went super well. The room was already prepared with a cot, it was large enough for her to run around. The bar/ restaurant is perfectly lit and the music is only in the background, so we could enjoy a lovely dinner while our daughter was sleeping in the stroller next to us. Further, as we are not big eaters there is the possibility to order breakfast a la carte, as s second option to the buffet. What I would like to mention as well, everyone who is working at Aiola is extremely kind, helpful and authentic. They helped us with reservations for breakfast, dinner, getting us a taxi, providing us with milk at 6 am for our daughter, whatever we asked for, they helped and supported. We will gladly come back.

The Aiola Living Graz is a fantastic and slightly quirky hotel. Excellent reception team and very beautiful both inside and out. The rooms are a great size and very stylish, everything we needed was there.

My only criticism would be a lack of a car park but they do have a deal with a car park 5 minutes away. I had issues with this as we were staying for 3 three nights but the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Amazing interior design in an excellent part of the old City of Graz. The rooms were lovely and whacky, with dark tiled modern shower room, with separate toilet. Very comfortable and firm beds. Great atmosphere in the Old City, with many bars and restaurants having tables outside in tasteful streets and squares. Lovely city .

No storage options for bicycles, , yet much of the city runs on bikes and Graz is on the R2 Mur Rad Weg which attracts Austrians and foreign travellers to the city and country. They were Locked in the street to fixed bike stands along with dozens of other bikes, causing some worry !! 23 euro seemed expensive for breakfast, so we ate out at Martin Auer , with nice drinks and patisseries. No restaurant for supper.

I loved the location and the decor. The mood set by the hotel was fantastic. It was very classy and modern. Dark and mysterious, yet cozy and intriguing. The staff was super friendly. Truly, we could not have been in a better place for location. It was absolutely perfect.

The bathroom doors are a bit see through (black glass). Even with both doors closed, one could still see through them. With a mixed group of people, it was a bit awkward.

Upon approaching the hotel you are already awed by the building itself. Wide windows give a glimpse of the cool interior design. Everything about this hotel is chic and gives an international big city flair. The stuff is very polite, the rooms are cool designed and clean and the restaurant is very charming, the oriental dishes were delicious. My favourite part is the concept store that you can access directly through the restaurant, a must visit for design fans.

Very unique mix of home decor and hotel, executed very well with lots of beautiful quirky items actually in the rooms and available to purchase. For the hotel itself, the rooms are spacious, stylish, well-equipped and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The A/C unit wasn’t particularly well positioned in the room and was locked at a lowest temperature of 18C. We were in Graz on a very hot 29C day, so a blast of cold air while out of the heat would have been preferable.

Perfect location, nice staff, great breakfast on the weekend, comfortable bed and cleanliness. Excellent restaurants next to the hotel.

Car parking approx. It is 200 meters from the hotel and there is an open car park. However, you can stop for a short time in front of the hotel, so you don't have to bring your luggage from the car park. Perfect hotel for a long weekend in Graz for two with someone we love very much. :-)

The hotel room was really exceptional - we appreciated the extra space of the appartment very much and also the historic building. Furthermore we‘ve loved the interior! We will definitely come back if we visit Graz again!

Breakfast was good but not exceptional, we would have loved to get some sweets as finisher, unfortunately they’ve been running out of croissants by the time of 10 (breakfast goes until 11).

fabulous central location, beautifully decorated hotel and staff were very helpful as we arrived at the same time as a group but we were checked in very efficiently. Husband was delighted there was a watt bike in the gym! Would recommend and if we were ever back in Graz would love to stay again.
