Even though it is unusual to enter every room from the outside, you are welcomed by a quite big room. The rooms are well equipped and have a separate toilette. However, the bathroom is a part of the sleeping area and offers no privacy - is ok for a couple, but I can imagine some guests might not be happy about that. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good and tasty. Parking is possible in the underground garage for additional 16€/night. Some might not like the location (about 30-35 minutes of walking distance to the historical city center, about 10 minutes by tram), but the surrounding seem to be quiet and offers some services such as supermarkets and gas stations. We would definitely stay here again.

The parking garage has a limited number of parking spaces, about 25 if I remember correctly, so I can imagine situations where you might not have a space left. The beds were way too soft for our taste.

We were pleased to have stayed at this property for many reasons - location is great, quiet, room spacious and comfortable. Easy access to tramline. We appreciated having a supermarket close by. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Prior to our arrival, we communicated via email and messages (via Booking.com) with various queries, and they were answered promptly and providing necessary information.

Nothing to dislike.

Perfect value for money. Quality of service, politeness of the staff, hygiene, breakfast. On top of everything that was provided, I forgot my perfume in the room and I got a call after 2 hours informing me and being at disposal to sent to me.

Even location is quite solid. You can walk 30 min or take a public transportation (30 sec from facility) and you’ll be in city center in less than 10 min.

Excellent location, very quiet place and only 15 minutes by tram to the center. Absolutely clean and well maintained. A lot of space in the room and in the bathroom. Everything one might need is available. A kitchenette is also an advantage. A very good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff, speaking perfect English.

Only German-speaking channels on TV (except Euronews in French). I honestly tried to find something else, but I could not!

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, from the cleaning ladies to the personnel at the front desk. The breakfast was superb, with several options, homemade yoghurts, fresh juice and eggs cooked for you at the moment. Rooms with a huge area, balcony and extra-large bed. Very good wi-fi connection for work.

Despite the excellent king size bed, the matrice was too soft for me, almost uncomfortable. But I understand that's a personal opinion. Regarding the pricing of the hotel, you may consider changing the towels.

Wonderful service, great breakfast, spacious room, comfy beds

The bathroom situation - toilet was in a separate room but the shower is in the main bathroom which has no door = no privacy. May be ok for a couple but traveling with my 18-yr-old son required each of us to sit at the kitchen table while the other showered. Weird.

The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean. A great walk in shower with plenty of hot water. A small kitchenette. Easy access to Graz, one can walk in about 30 minutes or catch the tram a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The toilet door didn’t properly fit but when reported the staff were receptive. The battery in the safe failed on Sunday, but again reported on Monday and acted upon. The kitchen only has small cups so not possible to have a decent mug of tea. Last minor moan, it would have been nice to have a small pan to make porridge for breakfast.

The size of the room was generous, rooms are well equipped and quiet, excellent beds, very good breakfast. Downtown easily reachable by streetcar. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Limited public parking, expensive hotel parking. The lamps on the nightstands are so big that it is hard to reach for the light switches and there is no room for anything else on top of the night stand.

Interior design is lovely and spacy room with balcony was great. Staff is lovely, welcoming and of great help.

Minor details need a bit of polish for the price, more of a maintenance issues, ex. Basement doors to garage are stuck/hard to open, just some of the general upkeep, a bit of repainting would make the premises flawless

Only stayed for one night on the way back from Croatia but everything about this place is on point. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious and well equipped. There's underground parking and the location is great for passers by. Maybe not ideal if you actually want to actually visit Graz but the public transport seems to work well. Staff is great and when not available (late hours) there's a 24h self check-in booth.
