Location is quite close to the old town but the area around of the hotel isn’t a district you would like to live in. Also at night a bit noisy from the traffic (a big road in 100 meters from hotel). The room has minimum space. The was good. But when we have arrived the room was smelled with smoke. This smell of smoke was there for 2 days we stayed. Parking costs 11 eur per day. Its the same price as to park at the street on Monday-Friday. Parking at weekend on the street is free of charge.

Room condition. Noisy road nearby. The district doesn’t look like it is safe and comfortable to be here at late evening.

Good location, close to city centre, lots of parking space for cars. Room was really large, decent beds and surprisingly comfortable pillows. Good breakfast with nice selection of food, cereals and fruits. Incredible climbing facility in the same building! My kids loved it.

Lights in the room were a little weird, kind of "all or nothing". The most annoying thing was that the upper part of the bathroom wall mas made of glass, so if you wanted to go the bathroom while others were asleep, the bathroom lights would shine brightly in the whole room. Very odd idea... Also, the TV was really small and could be upgraded to something more modern and larger / easier to watch.

Room is clean, hotel in generally is very nice and well taken care of. Staff was great! It's some 20 minutes on foot from Jakominiplatz and Hauptplatz, and 4-5 stations by bus from Jakominiplatz. Very reachable.

Only bad thing was that when we booked we had 'free parking', and upon arrival we had to pay additional cca 11.50EUR/day for parking. Having in mind that one hour in that area costs 2EUR, it's not bad, but giving wrong informations to guests before reservation is not fair.

JUFA Hotel Graz City This is a good, budged place to stay for family travelers with a car. Free parking is nice and spacious. !5 min walking distance to the Historical City Center. Rooms are small but clean and in a good condition. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. In the lobby located Restaurant, so we could have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hotel prices are quite high in Graz, but this hotel had a very good value for the price. Location is not in the city center but the distance is walkable from both the train station and the turistically interesting part of the city. Breakfast was excellent, many choices, and I liked that his hotel had a big breakfast area which was never crowded, it was easy to get a free table. Room was clean and staff was nice, overall we had a very nice stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

The hotel was in walking distance from the main station. The breakfast offered a range of good quality products in a relaxed, airy environment. It’s particularly suitable for families and people with mobility problems.

As a solo traveller, I had booked a single room. However, I was assigned a triple room (3 single beds) which felt cluttered.

Took us by surprise. we were approaching the hotel and saw a construction site, we started to worry that the hotel was not built yet and then we turned into small street and saw a very welcoming modern hotel, it was really welcoming from the parking to the reception with very professional and nice girl at the reception

We should stay longer to explore more of Graz city and environs.

We stayed only one night. It was clean, the room was nice and quiet. It is some 20 minutes from the city center, but pretty straight forward to find. Staff at the reception desk very polite and willing to providd additional information

We were charged for the whole amount of daily parking cost, although we stayed only 12 hours.

Clean, functional, great location from where I had to be. Powerful hot showers. Room has air conditioning but also windows that open fully. Quiet location, only hear a bit of traffic noise in the morning if you have the window open.

As a UK traveller I would appreciate tea/coffee making facilities even though I appreciate they are not customary in Austria. Windowless bathroom extractor fan was a bit irritating if you forgot to close the bathroom door. Not a fan of foam mattresses but was OK for 3 nights. That's all just nitpicking, I would stay here again and ask for an extra pillow

The stay was good. Hotel is within walking distance to the old town and train station, environment felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel felt quite newly refurbished, room was clean and quite spatious. Window isolated outside sounds very well. Wifi strong and stable.

Rooms are not soundproofed, slightest noise from corridors, staircase, or rooms around can be heard. I could not find a power socket near the night table.
