there is a self check in computer near the entrance, i didn't understand how to print card key and called help-desk - they answered immediately and helped. we ordered parking place (20 meters from Hotel) and everything was clear and worked good. the room was good , clean and plesant. refrigerator is small. for the family it was great to stay one night (not for long familly stay because of small cooking facilities)

there 2 bathrooms and separated WC. i didn't like shower water saving system - you press the bottom and water flows for 20 sec, so you have to press again every time, but - you have 4 shower spots at the place (:)

The hotel has a perfect location just 5-10 minutes walking distance from the city center. The room is spacious enough with a kitchenette area, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and all other kitchen staff what you need. Despite the contactless check-in, the hotel staff and customer service is brilliant they always available and responsing pretty quickly within 10-15 minutes. We booked a parking slot for our stay and however there was a system error so we could not park there for the first night they suggested a nearby garage which was just 10 min by walk from the hotel. The hotel's garage is also good, it is underground and closed so your car will be in safe hands.

Shower can be separated more with e.g. a slide door from the rest of the bathroom to avoid water splits all around the bathroom, but it's fine as the bathroom is also spacious enough.

A spacious, well-furnished room overlooking a charming atrium where breakfast is served if the weather is nice. The breakfast was very tasty, there was a wide range of options for all tastes and dietary habits. Communication with the accommodation was excellent, I got quick and comprehensive answers to all my questions. Before arrival, we were given detailed information regarding both self-check-in and entering the parking lot, and everything went smoothly.

We have no complaints. But I would suggest that you equip the rooms with water heaters, so that you can make a cup of tea or coffee before going to bed or in the morning (when you are already or still in your pajamas :)). It's not a huge investment, but it would certainly improve the overall experience.

Breakfast in the attached cafe was delicious. There were 4 shower heads in two separate bathrooms, which was amazing for getting our family through the showers quickly. The room was large and spacious enough to have games going on.

The thermostat was locked so we couldn't turn down the heat. It would have been helpful to receive the garage and checkin information all at the same time, I felt that the information was scattered due to the delay of receiving it through the Booking.com website.

The best thing is the view to the backyard, although it would be better if there were two chairs on the balcony. The location is great.

The only major issue was the strong sewer smell from the bathroom, even with the door closed. The smell made it hard for me to sleep. In the morning, I woke up early to a strong smell of coffee (I like coffee) despite the closed doors and windows, which were quite strange. The lack of a fridge is a problem.

We had a small apartment with a kitchen corner. It was nicely clean and welcoming. City center in walking distance. Perfect for our family. The check-out is quite early but the cafe staff allowed us to keep the parking space 1 extra hour to have a small walk in the city before we continued our journey. The parking place is in the nearby buildings basement and it felt secure.

When it is your 1st time with the self check-in machine then it is rather complicated. You need a code for check-in that do not exist on your Booking page but is sent by e-mail just after your booking. As we booked several months before then that e-mail was long lost but the helpline was able to help out. We also had a parking place booked - there you need to know that parking is in a different building with a different address and the address is written on the email.

Modern room, spacious and clean. The location was very good. The bed was comfortable, the bed linen was impecable. In the morning we had a pleasant breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor and the food was delicious, the personal was nice. We had a mild problem with the check-in but they had 24h assistance and they resolved it quickly. Plus they let us check-in earlier without additional costs.

It's a truly contactless hotel, but you can get in easily. Communication with the host is good. Parking must be booked in advance for 15 euros/day. There was no breakfast because the host was on vacation and Booking did not indicate this during the reservation. The room and the bathroom are clean to the satisfaction of all needs and very beautiful and tasteful. The room has a small kitchenette with a fridge, mini stove, microwave oven, sink, a few glasses and dishes. The city center is a 15-20 minute walk. The accommodation is very good value for money.

Good location, close to the city centre - grocery store Spar is close by. Very easy to check in via the machine outside, this is our second stay in Blackhome and we're certainly coming back again. We've had a fully equipped kitchen, which was great... The apartment was super clean, which made it a super pleasant stay and we decide to book an extra night to what was planned.

One small thing in our apartment, loads of windows, but the blackout curtain didn't go wall to wall and our coffee machine didn't work.

Very good location - you can easily walk into the city. Well sized apartment very clean and nice designed. The hosts answered each question very quick - good assistance. Separate shower and toilet.

One bed light and one plug-in reading light did not work - obviously since a while as the plug of the lamp was broken. Should be controlled regularly. As it was a rainy and dark day we really wanted to use the reading light. We asked for a quiet room and got one facing to the street which was not that quiet. All good if we would have been informed that a quiet room is not available but we have not. Late check in from 15.30 only possible. The self check-in appliance does not work before so be prepared to pay for extra parking if you arrive earlier as the police controls regularly the parking bays. Beside these small issues a recommendable accommodation and we will come back knowing now what to check before.
