Very warm welcome from the hosts, easy parking, nice decor and Alpine atmosphere in the hotel, great views over the valley from the balcony, friendly restaurant with good food, excellent wellness area - especially the sauna with panoramic mountain views, good quality breakfast, short walk/drive to Seefeld, sledging on the field outside the hotel

The (small) pool is pretty cold - designed for a post sauna dip and not for any lounging or swimming (but we still enjoyed it), the apartments could be better equipped with kitchen items (we had no glasses or cups, no forks, no spoons - although these can be fetched from the restaurant kitchen), the restaurant was a little chaotic (food arrived before the drinks did, orders were forgotten)

We really enjoyed our stay in Vitalhotel kaiserhof: - the staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to help and support us with whatever we needed. Especially Monique who gave us a lot of helpful tips and hints about the attractions in the region and around us. - The hotel has a nice spa and fitness center with a small but clean pool, spa, and jacuzzi which was clean and nice. - Location as wonderful and if you same as us do not want to be in a busy surrounding city center hotel, this hotel is a wonderful choice in middle of nature, you have only 15 minutes of walk to the beautiful Möserer lake and 5-10 mins drive tp the Seefeld city center. - Breakfast was good and you can find almost everything you expect from a 4 starts hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!

Really nothing to complaint!

The staff are simply AMAZING. Nothing is too much for them, they truly understand what customer service is all about. Well done. When I asked what time the sauna was open until, they said 2pm to 8pm, but if I wanted to use it earlier, no problem, I should just let them know. This is such a positive and service orientated approach. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Ideally, we were looking for an Adult only hotel, but this is a family friendly one. Fir the first 3 nights there were no kids around, which was bliss, but then a family arrived and, well you know kids...

the service from Cristian was exceptional, he helped us with all our request (storing bikes; finding EV chargers, hiking routes recommendations, baby crib installed in room, and baby chair in the restaurant). Dinner was waiting for us when we arrived, felt like home. dinner was 3 course, varied, satisfying and tasteful

small stuff; the installations are a bit old, there was no sockets next to the night table, the convex mirror in the bathrooms was not able to be fix in one position, and personally the coffee was not of our delight

I loved this fantastic view from everywhere! personal was very friendly and VERY flexible. wanted to write about dinners - everything was delicious. I already miss this food really ! panoramic sauna was absolutely great in the evening .

guys, make hooks for bathrobes and towels in your spa. you go to the shower ? you put your towel on the head of the statue standing by…. hotel seems to be a family hotel - but rooms are tiny.. if you stay there with couple of kids - prepare that they will be on your head.. organize some play room , put couple of table games in the restaurant ! ( I ve seen it many times in hotels in the alps). bathroom .. here at the pics - everything looks brand new . but on the same time - we had old tap which we could hardly open. and it was leaking a bit…

Had a beautiful spa area but the indoor pool was not heated and sauna and massage chairs were kept switched off Limited menu options both during breakfast and dinner time

The breakfast bar was a little disappointing. The choice of cereal was not brilliant. It would’ve been nice to have fresh fruit instead of the tin fruit. fresh, crusty loaves of bread. We very much enjoyed the ambience of the dining room with the magnificent mountain views.

Loved the location and the view from the room. Room facilities were fine and the room altogether was great to stay in. Breakfast had good options with nice spread. Staff was friendly & helpful. Thankful for the surprise of birthday cake and flowers.

Vegetarian food served at dinner could have been better.

Superb hotel with great views of mountains and valley. Large spacious rooms with really comfortable beds and seating area with sofa. Would have liked to stay another night but unfortunately no availability. Wide choice of produce at breakfast.

Receptionist/waitress spoke no English (which is fine, it is in Austria) but an English translation of the menu would have saved some time on google.

We was surprised about Hotel and about location. Thks to Christian and to all personal who participated to make our Vacation and Christmas fantastic. I will recommend to anyone who wants a good vacation and friendly staff to go at Vitalhotel Kaiserhof.
