Extremely well situated, on MariaHilfer street, on the straight U3 lane to Stefansplatz. Clean and stylish, staff is helpful. The breakfasts, despite for additional cost - are good, buffet with eggs, different sausages , salads an so on

The only slight issue, that the room service, didn’t clean up every day

Glass door to the bathroom in the middle if the room, really? Zero privacy, I don't like it. The cleaning of the room was tooooo light. Even the toilet paper we were forced to ask.

The location was perfect for our needs and very close to U3 subway line. The hotel offers breakfast, but we chose to eat at the multiple bakeries nearby. The hotel also provided parking, but we chose a significantly cheaper option at Park and Ride facility at the end of U3 subway line (4.1 EUR/day vs 18 EUR/day at the hotel). They cleaned the room every day and it was overall a clean location (some minor scratches on the walls and small stains on the carpet).

Nothing really worth mentioning

The location is great, the bed is confy.

The hallway of the first floor smelled smoke, and there is no proper door on the bathroom (only glass sliding door).

Food was good (lots of options), room was nice and big, personel was very helpful. Location is very good. Public transport (24h ticket costs 8€) and the area where shops and restaurants are, is nearby. Hotel has a garage. That is important, if you travel with a car, because parking on the street in Vienna is expensive (2,5€/h), you can't buy a ticket on the street (no ticket machines) and parking is time limited.

I didn't like that toilet and bathroom are not separated. Parking spaces in hotel's garage are small and entrance/exit of the garage is very tight, if you have a midsize or large car.

Small rooms

Amazing Location, very close to the main shopping street and WestBahnhof for easy access to public transport. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The room was very nice and spacious. A big thank you to the receptionist who booked us a fixed price taxi to the airport. I wish we had known this earlier.

The Internet connection was terrible and barely available during our stay. Very inconvenient if you rely on it as an overseas traveller. Our room was very close to the Housekeeping area and very noisy. Breakfast is served until 10am only and the service was non existent. The Buffet was very basic.

The hotel is in a very nice part of the city. The metro station is 2 mins from the hotel, and from there you can get to the city center in 7 mins. You can walk to the city center if you want and can. I did it a few times. The transfer to the airport, Vienna Airport Lines (VAL 1), stops in front of the Westbahnhof train station, which is in front of the metro station. Everything is very close! Also, there is a very nice commercial street just around the corner, where you can find all sorts of restaurants, bars, and shops.

The strenght of the wifi signal was poor (almost useless). There is an ethernet cable on the desk, but I had no ehternet port in my tablet., so I had to use my cellphone as a wifi hotspot. There is a small desk, but there is no light on top of it, and the room lights are not enough to allow you work properly at night.

Everything! from the Location, Staff and Room. I wasnt expecting much since the booking.com score is around 8.1 and the price was on the cheaper side but from the moment we arrive, their score should be higher. We were lucky since we were given a room before normal check in time. The Location was near to metro and a lot of food shops. The staff were very accommodating. Even though the Room was small it has kettle and ref which is a plus. The best part of the room was the BED. For me its the most comfortable bed I ever slept in.

Nothing. a bidet in the room would be nice.
