The neighborhood, the hostess, the location were great. The room was very quiet. One night there was noise from the room next door but the hostess reacted immediately and the problem was solved in 5'. The people who run the place are friendly and effective. The neighborhood is safe with lots of nearby cafes and restaurants and even a small market.

I stayed for 6 days but the towels were not changed nor was the garbage picked up during my whole stay. The same toiletries are used by the guests of the apartment. I didn't like that but luckily this time I had brought my own.

Very comfortable apartment with the all facilities you can need. Location is very good, very close to metro station and other transportation hubs. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Bed and mattress are very comfortable. They have baggage storage basement in case you need to store your baggage and walk in the city as much as you need to fit your flight time with your checkin and check out time. Hosts are VERY supportive and do their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Apartment is very clean and cosy. Will recommend it to all my friends and choose this apartment next time traveling to Vienna ❤️

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient to lots of different things. The wifi worked great. I loved the history of the neighborhood and the building. We also loved that we could leave our luggage for the day after check-out, super helpful!

There wasn't a fan or A/C in the room and it was quite hot at times. The kitchen was compact but has everything you need for simple meals. There was a washer/dryer that you could use for an extra payment but it took a bit of time to get that set up with staff. A more streamlined system for that would have made that process smoother.

The apartments are very centrally located in a lovely town house and we loved that it's a very quiet but also seemingly very safe part of town. To get to the old city centre of Vienna you just hop across the river, it's about a 10 minutes walk from the house. The neighbourhood seems very lovely as well, with cafés and restaurants, but there is also a Billa grocery store nearby if you need to buy anything. The next metro station is really just around the corner so it's easily accessible from the airport or the main train station. The apartment itself was small but very cozy, it had everything we needed. It's ideal for people who spend the day in town and come home only to sleep. But I'm sure you could also make great use of the small kitchen, if needed. The bathroom is nicely equipped and seemed very clean and modern. The communication with our hosts was very easy, they sent the details for the access to the building well in advance and they seemed very friendly and approachable if we would've had any questions.

Very sweet, very clean, comfortable, modern-appointed apartment on upper floor in a nice residential building. Loved the skylights in the bedroom. (Electric blinds were available to darken the room.) Hosts had left a small selection of teas & coffees & cookie to welcome us. The kitchen is TINY - barely room for one person - but very well-furnished with all the necessary amenities, and we weren't planning to host any dinner parties. :-) Very nice quiet neighborhood with shops and cafes nearby, metro stop a short walk away. I was moved by the many small brass plaques around the neighborhood that remembered the victims of WWII. Apparently a large Jewish population once resided in the area. We saw a number of people in Orthodox dress out and about on Friday and Saturday.

Appreciated having an iron but a small ironing board would have been nice. We improvised. :-)

The code makes it easy and no worries of forgetting the keys! However, my phone ran out of battery one night and the codes were only in the email wrote to me so I needed my phone or access to the internet to enter the place. The room is big enough even though it's one of the smallest. The location is great and the price very attractive! I did not spend so much time in the room as I was working every day but for the use I had, it was a very good place and very reasonable.

The room is not very soundproof, nothing horrible but I could hear the neighboring room the first days. A double bed would be better even when you're solo travelling :) And the last days it smelled a bit like cigarette even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking place.

I really loved the fully equipped kitchen - I can cook for myself and save money. There are also refrigerator, oven, and coffee maker. The place is spacious for me, there is hair dryer and its quiet and peaceful. Self check-in and check-out ❣️ Staffs are friendly and will guide you all the way 🌻.

I think the smell of the cigarette from the outside, since I always open my window. But it's okay when I close it the smell will go away. There is also an air conditioner so you can just open it.

Great localization two minutes walk from the metro, five minutes from the grocery market, bakery and a huge park. Hosts provided thorough and on-point instructions on what is around. Building and the room opened with a code which was very convenient. Free parking on street at night and during weekends. Small but fully equipped kitchen.

You have to pay additionally to use a washing machine. It wasn't spotlessly clean. You can sometimes hear your neighbours.

Very comfortable and clean apartment with all that you need (kitchen). Very close to city center that almost avoid using of public transport. But if you need, the metro is only few meter from apartment. It was very good value for my money.

The blind on one of the windows was broken. Check-out time (until 10:00 AM is a little bit early). And if you want to change this time, you have to pay money (30$ for a few hours!)

The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was great however the drying rack would turn off the tap as you did the dishes. A toaster would have been great but otherwise it was ideal. The bathroom was so clean, the shower was superb. Couldn't have been a better location, really quiet other than bin collections early in the morning. It can get very warm so the air con was essential.
