The location is perfect - entrance to the train station to the airport in front of the hotel. I stayed here only for 5 hours - for sleeping and taking shower before flight. Reception works 24/7 - this is really good because I checked in at 00:00 and checked out at 5 am easily. And this hotel is close to the city center and to the all attractions.

A bit noisy from outside because the trains pass by the hotel. But for me it was okay. Not convenient shelf above the sink - please remove it or move to the side - I spilled a lot of water on the floor because of it.

Great location right in front of the station to reach the airport, very close to downtown, plenty of restaurants nearby, close to a mall. Comfortable bed, ample bathroom, pretty clean. 24-hour reception. Room is spacious enough. Soundproof, we couldn't hear the neighbors nor the trains from the station next door. Luggage storage room.

Could use more plugs in the room. The bed was against the wall when there was plenty of space to place it in the middle of the room. It used to be good value, now not so much anymore compared to other accommodation facilities in the city which are more modern.

Our stay at Goldene Spinne was great! The location is fantastic and the rooms are very good, especially considering the reasonable pricing. What was exceptional about our stay however was the customer service. We had forgotten a shirt and jacket in the wardrobe, and didn't realize in until we were in Switzerland. We spoke with the front desk, and they located the item and shipped it to the hotel we were staying at FREE of charge! Absolutely incredible service!

300 meters to train station, tram stop very close, subway very close. It’s a nice hotel for the budget minded traveler(me). It’s very clean. Bathrooms are immaculate. Zero issues. If your looking for fancy, this is adequate. Front desk staff is polite and friendly.

Train tracks are nearby. If you are super sensitive to noise, get a room away from trains(I slept like a baby on track side). That the only negative I could think of🤷‍♂️.

sending many thanks to golden spider's personnel, they were friendly and helpful. our room had a huge bathroom with an exit to the balcony. the hotel has its charm, old but gold. the place is very close to the train station and it takes not that long to get to the city center, and every time it's a walk through the beautiful park. breakfast was good enough. i would definitely recommend this place, great value for money. oh, also they did some effort to reinforce soundproofing, and it worked.

the bed wasn't comfy at all. our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, just clean towels.

The most importantly I would like to acknowledge the hotel staff. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, she booked a restaurant and gave other suggestions, provided masks and so on. So, instantly we felt there like at best friends home. Super service! The hotel itself is centrally located, near to staton. The rooms were exceptionally clean, high ceilings added spaciousness and also beds were very comfortable.

We got the room facing backyard so we did not hear the noise from the street. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is very close to the subway or walking distance to the center.

Amazing location, truly the best. Right near the train station. Near all the popular sightseeing locations. Also a minute walk from a Starbucks (great for freelancers to get some work done). I felt safe and comfortable here. The heater worked wonderfully, almost too well! The staff is awesome, every single person I met was very kind and cheerful.

The room was with a lot of dust.

Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right outside the train station which was handy to get to and from the airport. The city centre was a lovely 15 minute walk through Stadtpark. The room was funky with cool wallpaper. Bathroom and shower area were spotless as was the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, possibility to store luggage while the room is getting ready, not far from the city centre, lovely park next to it. I had a very nice view from my room.

You should consider providing earplugs in each room. The breaking sounds of the train were unbearable. As the room doesn't have conditioning, I wanted to keep the window open. When it's open, the train sounds are unbearable, when it's closed its too hot.
