Everything : the upgrading in a Junior Suite, the size of the room and of the bed (2M 40), the good advices of the front desk in order to optimize out visit of Vienna - including reservation for a classical concert the same day, the freshness of the breakfast à la carte, the little attentions all the time..

No real presence of a Concierge, waiting sometimes to reach the hotel by telephone, view on the court and not on the parc.

The attention you give to guests is priceless. Everything was very comfortable and top-notch: Starting from the greeting at the hotel doors, Compliments with desserts, champagne, Exquisite in-room breakfasts, Prompt concierge service that fulfills any request, Laundry service, Special thanks for upgrading the room level, And a special gift on our last morning. Also, for the attitude of all the staff and especially the bellboys, who are always there! Highest recommendations!

There were some issues with the air conditioning system, and considering that my wife is allergic to pollen, we were hoping to stay with the windows closed and the air conditioning on. But despite this, the service provided was top-notch. We were immediately offered alternative solutions and additional bonuses. We will definitely return to this hotel!

We had to divert from Sicily to Vienna and Budapest because of the bush fires and booked this last minute. We didn’t have much time to do any research so we trusted the ratings online… and I am so glad we did. Everything was perfect, it is a stunning hotel with great staff plus we got an upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. The rooms, facilities and restaurant/bar downstairs were fabulous and the location is in walking distance to pretty much everything there is to see in Vienna and public transport. We took the fast train from the airport and then just walked for a few minutes, so much easier than a cab. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Vienna.

Stunningly beautiful hotel and room - all high spec and stylish - we got upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise, and free snacks / soft drinks and beer in minibar was a nice touch.

The spa is just new, and it is beautiful with a huge pool However, the sauna and steam room were not switched on during our stay on Saturday morning. We could not work out how to turn on the jacuzzi functions in the pool. The tiled floor around pool is very slippy, I nearly fell backwards just walking out of the pool and there were no staff around. The coffee machine in the room spurted hot coffee - the coffee pods didn't seem to fit the machine.

The hotel is huge and amazing in its beauty, the rooms are huge and everything is planned for the well-being of the guests, we received warm treatment from the hotel employees, from the reception managers to the waiters at breakfast, the concierge was always available to answer questions and give advice. A rich and special breakfast with its designed gourmet dishes. Highly recommend and we will definitely stop there again on our visit to Vienna.

It was one of the best hotel experience we had ever. Top hotel on top locatio. We don't have words to describe fantastiic decoratio, luxury, sefvice etc. Of course without perfect staff it woul not be posible (from guy who parked pur car to people on reception, also in restaurant. We are sure when we visit Wiena next time we will stay in this hotel.

We dont like the best rate is 10, Hotels like this one are out of usual categoriesa and deserves much over 10. :)

Exceptional interior room design, some of the best & most tastefully designed rooms in the world. Great in-room feature: Excellent coffee & tea-making facilities, ample storage, included mini-bar, wonderful bathrooms, comfortable bed, great TV's. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location.

The location was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful

The water in the swimming pool was cold and the floor around it too slippery. My husband couldn’t even walk in his flip flops. I saw one woman nearly falling down. The room was cosy and comfortable, one thing is missing though is the place for the suitcase. We had to move our 2 little ones from one place to another.

I liked absolutely everything - the style and design of the hotel, rooms, excellent staff, beauty, coziness, comfort, the level of the hotel. Amazing breakfast and cuisine in the restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful view from the room to the main city park

there was a small incident, part of the lamp fell off in the bathroom, it was fixed the next day, but it stuck out afterwards
