Breakfast was excellent and it could not be any better. Absolutely met our expectations. Couldn’t say the same for the room though. As theoretically the room is big indeed but in practice it seems and feels tiny at some point. The kitchen (?) was petite for us too, it seemed larger in the photos. Adored the staff! Especially the woman who helped my mom, who doesn’t know English, by understanding by her actions when she asked for hot water! Overall, with the staff and breakfast the property has our hearts but the room, i couldn’t say the same.

The photos we saw online were somehow misleading - there was a photo of a bunk bed which made my 5 year old expect something similar, we even sent a direct message through the bookings.com app and got no response until check in. In check in the reception manager stated that she'd check to see if the bunk bed was available somewhere else, and eventually got back and told us the hotel does not have these beds anymore. I must add that the staff did everything they could in order for my 5 years old to be less disappointed, and succeeded :)

Excellent location, quiet and aside, but close to the Stadtpark metro. Spacious rooms, simple but comfortable furniture. The staff just makes you feel at home - girls helped us with whatever we needed, the breakfast was just great, not a biggest choice, but carefully handpicked, as close to gourmet as it gets. We left at night and missed breakfast, so they prepared a takeaway bag with sandwiches and drinks. One of the best experiences I ever had, definitely recommend.

Hotel rooms are spacious and clean and have all necessary facilities. Breakfast buffet is rather nice and the hotel is located very centrally.

Parking could be better. We were lucky to arrive on a Sunday and we could park for free until Monday morning in the street around the corner. With help of the hotel they were able to extend this by two hours for 2.50 an hour. However, we had to ask for this as the hotel itself was recommending to pay 34 euros in a nearby parking lot, which would be a waste of money. So they didn't give us initially the right advise, but in the end it worked out.

This property is reasonably close to the city center, with easy to access public transportation stations, the Stadtpark a stone's throw away, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was balanced and well stocked. The staff was helpful and responsive both during breakfast and in general at the reception desk. The room was very spacious, with plenty of storage space, and it could easily function as a temporary office, although this was not the reason we visited this location. Same goes for the bathroom, which has separate rooms for the sink and the bathtub + toilet.

The room as definitely not as good looking as the photos showed and the decor felt slightly dated. I suspect that all the Classic Suites are that way, while the other options might have newer furnishing and facilities. This was not a big deal, but it would have been nice if the photos were a bit more honest in presenting the overall look of the room.

Great location and quiet. Generous size room and bathroom. Comfy duvet and pillows. Greatly appreciated that we were allowed to leave luggage until our late flight after checking out.

Looked dated, especially carpets. My duvet cover wasn’t changed before my arrival and it had blood stains on it that clearly showed the cover wasn’t washed. Spoke with reception that agreed to pass on the message to housekeeping but to my surprise, reception didn’t even apologise. It was taken as a very normal thing and seemed to be fine for them that duvet covers are not changed between guests. That approach left a negative undertone to my stay.

The room was very big and comfortable. The WiFi connection very good. The breakfast was very taste and you can find a big variation of products. The staff was friendly and kind. There was a kitchenette with a microwave and plates, glasses and cutlery were also provided. The location was very convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of the center and main attractions.

In the morning there was a smell of food coming from the ventilation of the room, probably from the food being cooked for the breakfast. While the room when we entered after check in was clean, this cleanliness was not maintained during our stay. The daily housekeeping could have been more meticulous. Also the plates and cutlery we used once were not changed so we could reuse them.

The location was perfect. Very close to a big park, a train station, a shopping centre, tourist places and the centre of Vienna. The room was bigger than we thought and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good as well and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I did not like the lack of decoration in the room, at least the one we were staying, located on the top floor. We stayed for 5 days and only on the second day the room was cleaned but not the rest of the days. I did not have a problem with that but on the first day we arrived I saw a small piece of bread under the chair and it stayed there until our last day in the room. We loved the breakfast but I did not like that the table where the fresh fruits were did not have anything to cover them from other people's coughing and sneezing.

The hotel is in a central location, about 150m from stadpark underground station, and a few hundred meters from the CAT station (the direct train to the airport). Also there's a big supermarket less than 100m from the hotel. The room was excellent, very clean, and the staff was very nice and willing to help with every need.

Not really a wrong thing, just keep in mind that the reception is closed for the night, so if you have to leave and catch a flight in the middle of the night or early morning, just use the backdoor in the same floor (;
