A cosy hotel with a laid-back atmosphere and a personal touch to it. The personnel was friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed from the very first moment and throughout our stay. Spacious suites, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, porridge, different cheeses and pastries, besides the ordinary stuff. Location is great, close to the beautiful Stadtpark. We had a wonderful stay at Hilight Suites.

The interior in our suite was a bit dated (stained furniture and carpets) but it didn't bother us at all. The things that mattered were very much to our liking (a comfortable bed, luxury linen, spotless bathroom, lots of space, a big mirror, a kettle and a fridge). Great value for money.

There were 6 of us, and we had a wonderful stay at the HiLight Suites Hotel in Vienna. We had 3 separate rooms, and all were clean and mostly comfortable. The beds were not quite as supportive as we would have liked, but sufficient. Felt a little worn. The rooms themselves, while massive by European standards for a typical room, were a bit dated. We did not get the hotel breakfast option, but we did enjoy a drink their small hotel bar one evening which was nice. The hotel location was really great, just a short 4-5 minute walk to a subway station. We would definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Vienna.

Not a whole lot to be disappointed with. A few small things: Parking on the street around the corner from the hotel is a bit tricky in terms of making sure you get the correct parking pass from the hotel in terms of number of hours allotted on the pass, or passes, depending on the time of day/night. However, using several of their passes, it was free which was much appreciated, especially since it was an easy location to park with our large 9 person mini-bus. Other than that, the rooms could definitely use a remodel and some newer furniture and carpeting. What was there was adequate and clean, just dated.

Very spacious suite, high ceilings, excellent air con (it was 30+C outside) and good soundproofing. No noise from road outside nor from inside hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff - spoke English as well as German. Kitchenette included plates, cutlery and wine glasses and a fridge, kettle and microwave. Location was excellent, opposite the Stadtpark with metro only 3 mins walk away and old town and sights around 15 mins walk. Easy access from airport on public transport or Uber. We didn’t have hotel breakfast but we picked up some fresh croissants and rolls from the Gourmet Spa shop across the road.

No issues at all. An excellent stay.

Great location, very close to underground station, the big park and within walking distance to the centre. High celling, big windows and spacious rooms are highly appreciated. Staffs are kind. There are several restaurants around.

Could get the noises from cars at night as the hotel is right on a main street (however double vitrage windows help to block the noise if you don't mind sleeping with the windows closed and central airconditioner which is very good/quiet). Gym facility is basic. Breakfast is ok, quite expensive for what it offers.

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows as well large rooms and bathrooms. Great location walking distance (12’ walk) to main district with all the attractions. Even though on Main Street very quiet inside (double windows). When you arrive and look at the building it doesn’t look much but once you enter and go to your room totally worth the money. Great spread of breakfast with pastries, eggs, smoked salmon choice of coffee etc. Highly recommend it and we travel a lot !

The deluxe apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the city center.

The person at the reception that checked us in was not that nice and tried to send us to their private garage parking for 34 euros a day, even though during the Christmas days the public parking was free and there were plenty of parking spaces around the building. The private parking was the parking of the Intercontinental hotel so it was anyway further away and with more complicated access.

The rooms were a really good size and very clean as was the bathroom. The position of the hotel was good really close to U4 at Stadpark.

The hotel calls it's self a suites hotel. It's only equipment was 2 side plates and a couple of wine glasses, I don't think they want you to do any self catering and will offer you breakfast at 22 Euros pp. You can also hire a coffee maker at 15 euros. There was a small fridge which was filled with their mini bar offerings at a high price. We still enjoyed our stay and were just disappointed at the lack of equipment and penny pinching on their behalf.

The staff—everyone was super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location—across from the Stadtpark and has direct connections to most sightseeing spots. A huge mall is within easy walking distance. The breakfast—not huge, but very well thought out. We really looked forward to it every morning. A small kitchenette with a microwave—excellent for travelers with kids.

There were some minor issues with the cleanliness. For example, when we checked in, one of the glasses was visibly dirty and the water bottle was half-empty.

Rooms were huge with a great big bedroom, with plenty of hanging space. The lounge area had a couch and plenty of seating. The staff were really helpful when I needed a doctors script printed and went out of their way to do this and give me directions on where to get it filled. Location was great , near to station and had a minimart just a few metres away.

Room seemed a little dated, could do with a facelift. There was a sink and very basic utensils provided- plates , cups, glasses and cutlery which was convenient but no way of washing them up eg detergent or t towel. I was taken back when the cleaning staff came in next morning and quickly washed the dirty dishes under running water and put them back in the drawer. Wondered if this is how it’s always done ( ie between each guest).

Very comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed suites. Excellent location: one block from the Stadtpark U-bahn stop, close to several terrific restaurants, and one block from a market. Outstanding staff! All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful and addressed all our questions and concerns. We especially appreciated Lydia and Natasha at the front desk, who were so helpful (and identified the name of the beautiful plant in the lobby when we asked about it). We truly enjoyed our stay here and will return when we are in Vienna again.
