The room was great, with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

They didn't tell us at the reception that we hadn't paid yet for the breakfast. So we were surprised when we first arrive at the breakfast. But they accept you to pay directly in cash the employee in charge of the breakfast. We weren't the only clients in this situation.

The hotel saved me and my 2 years old daughter when we arrived at 9pm and found put another (paid) hotel did not prepare a room for us. They immediately answered the.phone and gave us a room even if it was at 10pm. I am Very grateful. The receptionist was Very nice and kind and helpful. I can recommend.

Lots of positives: - buffet breakfast, several kinds of rolls, buns, delicious bread, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits - simply there was enough for delicous breakfast, I think anyone would be satisfied. - there is free parking in the street. - 10 minutes ride by bike to Schönbrunn

Every day the room was unlocked on return (cleaning lady), but on the other hand it was well cleaned :-)

The receptionist was super welcoming and helpful. Very unexpensive if booked in advance, and the residential area was very quiet and relaxing. Far from the city center, but it depends on what you need. Clean and nice shower.

I could hear my neighbor through the wall, also the tv and the elevator. Again, it was in line with the price.

It was good. Clean, new towels, warm in room. Bed was nice and I slept well. I going to comeback here.

I ask iron to ironing out my shirt before on booking and didn't answear. And in reception they told me someone borrow i and they can't help. It should 2 or 3 irons in that hotel!

The hotel was very elegant and classy. Perfect considering the price. The neighbourhood was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was tasty.

It could have been cleaned more precisely, but it wasn't dirty.

The balcony was a good surprise, comfortable bed and quiet location.

WiFi connection was very poor, most of the time we weren’t able to join to it. There was no hairdryer, no place where to store food from spoilage.

I arrived last at the table and ate only leftovers. I asked for bread and I received exactly three pieces, how many people there were.

The facility is located in the suburbs of Vienna, in a quiet residential area. We arrived very late at night, but upon a prior notification we were lucky enough to be accommodated. The room was small, but clean. The offer with the breakfast included is a good deal. A good hotel if you are in transit.

The COVID restrictions were not observed in a proper way. There was no hair dryer in the room.
