We felt welcomed the moment we entered the lobby, free cofee everywhere! Great job! We will come again!

The hotel staff is very friendly and professional! The check in/check out was easy and without any stress. We were totally delighted with the new and stylish design, as well as the breakfast - which has acceded our expectations! This hotel is a total match and I would say a wow-effect for us :)) It's my highest recommendation, because for us it was a unique experience even though it's not our first time in Vienna. Parking fees are not communicated in advance, it is 40 EUR per day.

I didnt do the checkin in advanced so I did it on arrival and got the code for the appartment there. If I did it earlier I would have got the code and didnt need to go to the reception. But for us that was a good thing because we met the wonderfull staff in the reception so it was great. The appartment was very nice and cozy. The location was perfect, with a direct tram to the city center. Very good and pleasent breakfast to kick off the day.

The only thing I can say it could be better is the wifi connection/coverage. On our appartment it was a little weak, so we had some "technical difficulties" to upload all the photos we got everyday to the the cloud using the wifi.

Very family friendly hotels, we have two penthouse apartment for 4 adults and two kids, the loft is furnished with IKEA furniture and tents, the kids had great fun. The bus station is right across the street, it takes a while to get to town though.

A wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom would be very helpful. Our luggage was delayed and was delivered to the hotel on the night of Dec. 25th. I have checked with the front desk at least twice since the same night, and they only find out it on the morning we check out, even though the luggage has been in the luggage room for two nights. They wrote down our apartment number and luggage description, they also have our email address, but only called our American number once they find out of the luggage, which of course wouldn’t reach us.

Kitchen was great. We even tried to cook some local dishes here. We are very satisfied!

The apartments are very new and it still smells like fresh paint on the corridors. The rooms are very nicely decorated and feature everything you need - from linen to cooking pots, and from shower gel to towels. You can comfortably cook breakfast, for example, if you so wish. Temperature was great even during a very snowy weekend. Parking facilities also excellent, right underneath the building. There is also a tram stop conveniently located in front. It took about 30 minutes to get to central Vienna and this was totally fine.

Because the apartments are very new, some things still need sorting. For example, there was no remote for the TV but we got a spare from the reception. Then, some of the decorations (like lamps) were too fragile and we were afraid not to damage them. Something which I personally thought was annoying was the access protocol. There are 6-digit codes for every door and there were even times when you needed to pass 2 doors consecutively. It's a bit cumbersome but I understand why this is important.

The property met our expectations. The room was really spacious and very clean. It was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We arrived very early and had a late take off the last day, so we were able to use a luggage room at the property. The reception desk was open 24/7 which was great in these circumstances. The properties don't have free daily housekeeping, but you are provided with a code to the pantry where you can take clean towels yourself, that was perfect for us. Of course you can additionally pay for housekeeping, it was 45EUR at the time we were there. The location is a bit far away from the center, but you can get there directly by using tram 62, the travel time is around 30-35 minutes. However this wasn't an issue for us. The neighbourhood seemed safe and generally ok.

The apartment is pretty cozy and comfortable. The design is new and fancy. The building is easily accessible with the code. No need to remember to keep the key with you. There is a tram very near to the building that directly brings you to the city center.

During our stay, the apartment has never been cleaned and the trash removed and it was impossible for us to clean by ourselves because there were not any cleaning products or instructions to put the trash out. For a stay of 5 days and for 4 people this is quite important service to have.

The apartment was stunning! Furniture looked brand new, beds and pillows were soft and incredibly comfortable! The bathroom had everything you could ask for, the shower was spacious and the complimentary bathroom products were amazingly fresh! The price, especially for Vienna was insanely affordable. The underground parking was on the pricey side, but it was worth it! Can’t say anything bad about the apartment itself. I would recommend parking your car safely underground and take the public transportation to the city, the metro was fast, cheap and efficient.

The location was a little bit confusing and there weren’t enough directions. The hotel was always busy, people coming in and out and everyone seemed a little bit lost and distressed! Also we wanted to use the downstairs laundry but it was out of order. Besides that everything was perfect and I would most certainly return!
