Absolutely everything was amazing. Room was clean and beautiful, the staff were very helpful, dining room and breakfast were tasty. I would definitely book here again with somebody. I slept very comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

For me as a solo traveler relying on public transport, getting into the city centre was quite cumbersome. It involved a 10 minute walk to a tram station and getting the S-Bahn, which is fine in daytime but when it got dark I wasn't the most ideal walk for me. Very much a personal, situational thing for me.

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with many options. Bar open until 23:00. The check-in was quick and straightforward.

No hairdryer in the room. The staff at check-in offered garage rental and claimed there would be no free parking options potentially available in the vicinity. In reality, parking in Vienna is free on weekend.

It was okay overall i only stayed for 1 night. The room was big, compared to a HolidayInn or a Novotel.

the 20€/day charging for car parking. The bathroom cleaness was not the best. It looked fine for 1 glance but the toilet looked like it was never cleaned under the rim.

Very quite and nice area for a weekend, close to public transport and good breakfast.

CAREFULLL...PARKING 20 EUROS PER 8 HOURS DURING THE NIGHT...extra fee! For such Hotel ... not fair for tourists!!!

Breakfast was awesome. A lot of options, all fresh and really tasty. Lots of space in garage, location is also good. Plenty restaurants with reasonable prices nearby with various types of food (Thai, Austrian food, burger/pizza, fast food). Since hotel is near a park it was very quiet outside so we could rest well.

Not many TV channels - there were only news (in ENG), some music and cartoons (DE only). The bathroom amenities were lacking. Soap in giant bottle, paper glasses... Garage entrance could also be a bit wider, but then most are narrow in Vienna.

The hotel was really nice and spacious. The room which we selected was really spacious and well equipped.We had a big living room with a dining table, and our son slept on the couch, which was really comfortable . The staff was available and ready to answer any questions. We were happy as well with the parking. It was very clean. I was glad to see that we also had an iron and iron board in the room. The bus stop of 65 A was close by, and we could connect using it with the subway. We also went to the nearby restaurant and had a lovely dinner .

It could be good to have a label on the counters with the food to help tourists understand some of the items during the breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. A little conservative interior design, but there was everything needed for a comfortable night's stay and one could spend more nights there. The room had its own kettle and fridge. The bathroom had a bathtub, excellent lighting and was perfectly clean (as well as the rest of the room). Breakfast was rich and tasty (it was excellent). Meals were continuously replenished.

The location seems calm, yet there is a shopping center nearby. It takes a bit of time to get to the center and we were unlucky that some of the bus stops were moved or even closed at that time. Only the appearance of the hotel is a little outdated in design, but it the room was comfortable and perfectly clean!

We were looking for a reasonably priced decent hotel in Vienna in high season, and this one fit the bill. It may be past its prime, but still offers a comfortable stay in a clean property. The location is in a transforming neighborhood, 10-15 minutes' walk from a tram line that gets you right into the heart of the city, or you can catch a bus down the block that connects to trams and metro. The area is reasonably quiet, especially on the weekends, and overall this has been a nice stay.

My biggest disappointment was breakfast on our first full day—specifically, the hotel ran out of just about everything by 9am on a Sunday. I've never seen anything like that in years of travel. The buffet was out of all warm options, all juices, most other food and even utensils. Luckily this got better the next morning, but the place is either under-supplied or understaffed. The hotel in general probably saw better years in the past, After all, it is an ex-Hilton that has gone independent, whatever the reasons may be.

It was immaculately clean and aesthetically decorated. The breakfast was amazing with very good variety. There was a lovely play area inside with lots of toys which my daughter loved. Very family friendly place. Staff were friendly. The room was very spacious with very useful facilities like iron and ironing board. The location was great too with McDonalds in walking distance. Perfect location for families with kids. Would definitely love to stay here again.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. The breakfast was lovely but perhaps it would be nice to include English breakfast tea bags/Black tea was in short supply.
