It is good situated close to two underground stations which takes you to the centre of town in a few minutes. The hotel is fairly new and walls and floors covered with stone which makes a nice and exclusive impression. Beautiful terrace with garden view for breakfast in warm weather. Big family room with well functioning air conditioner.

Very hard beds. Unsatisfactory cleaning. The first three days of our seven days stay they cleaned our room every day including vacuuming but after that they only changed towels even if I put up the sign “please clean” ( a family room becomes quickly very dusty). I also had to ask for soap, schampo and toilet paper in the reception- the cleaning staff didn’t notice that it was about to run out. Even in the hotels common rooms they lacked to notice when empty beer cans and cups had stand for more than one day.

The comfortable room, friendly service, abundant and diverse breakfast buffet, and aesthetically beautiful environment made for a truly wonderful experience! My wife and I went during the winter, but we still found the outside garden to be wonderful view during our breakfast. We even managed to spot some deer roaming freely about! Very friendly service, there was no problem with leaving luggage before and after check-in, very good breakfast with a view to the park are a rarity (personally, I don't think there was a small choice, monotony is a matter of taste ☺️), beautiful view from the window and close to the subway.

The only minuses for me is the temperature in the room, quite warm, hard to ventilate

The hotel has no restaurant and is in an area where there are no restaurants nearby. The fact that you can only use the outside tables and chairs in the morning. If à hotel is called à garden hôtel you expect to be able to sit outside.

Only a short walk away from the train station, friendly staff and the place was clean, breakfast was great too

Check-out at 10am isn’t too great, lack of smart TV also means you can only watch standard TV in a language you don’t understand well and also not having an iron/ironing board. Also some rooms don’t have the same view as you see in the pictures

Generally, we liked everything. The room is spacious (Comfort), very clean, quiet. We loved the reception - there are special macjines for registration in case of late/early arrival. 2 elevators - one of them goes down to the dining room. There are two options of having breakfast - inside and outside. We loved to sit outside every morning and to watch the garden, the pond with ducks and the deers, walking in the park. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The underground station (U-Bahn) Am Shopfwerk (U-6) is 5-7 minutes walking. The railway station (S-Bahn) is father, but there is Bus 16a from Hetzendorf station to Khleslplatz + 3 min walk, no need to walk from Hetzendorf. And besides, it's better to get to Hauptbahnhof or Sudbahnhof or Meidling etc. - and then take U-bahn (metro). The girls on the reception are very friendly, always ready to help Our special THANKS to Lyhn and Ksenia. The told us everything about the neighborhood and were always very polite and helpful. All the staff is good. They clean and change the bed everyday if you need - no special invitation, they come to ask you. We also liked the visitors in this hotel - no noise, no trash. There is a local supermarket opposite the hotel - Penny and a pharmacy next to it. The big supermarket Billa is 7-10 minutes walk. There you can find everything. There is a very good Austrian restaurant and beerhouse Otto (5 minutes), delicious, not expensive with perfect service. Opposite Otto there is a gas station and there you can find a smal s/m Billa, working on Sundays. As you see everything is perfect. We love this place. One more very important thing - the beds are comfortable! And separate toilet and bathroom!

I hope next time when we come you will put a small fridge and a safe in the room. No problem, all the staff helped us to put some medicine in the fridge downstairs, but it would be better to have a small one in the room. Please, put the hooks for the towels in the bathroom.

The room was big, clean, separate toilet and shower. We booked a room with a view to the back garden with deers. Very quiet. The breakfast was good, plenty of stuff to choose from. You can use west hetzendorf train station to get to wien mitte, wien hbf or belvedere quartier. Very fast and not crowded. The hotel is in a safe area - am schopwerk metro station.very nice common areas, clean, AC.

The area is nothing special, if you want to have a nice walk or a meal, you need to go closer to the center The breakfast is exactly the same every day, after 2 days it becomes tiring.

Almost everything.....

The only slight let down was the television was not working (no signal) and perhaps some bottled water would compliment the beverage facilities more than the bathroom tap.Only small issues though.

So the hotel is awsome! I begin the description by saying that there is a huge garden in which doe and fawn roam freely. There are squirrels, ducks, peacocks and squirrels. It is important to note that eating and entering this park is prohibited. BUT the outside of the restaurant is literally inside it and the doe comes to you. We came to explore Vienna, we didn't spend much time in the rooms, but my observation is that they are clean, nice and welcoming. Naturally, I'm a former athlete, I'm not pretentious, I'm used to spartan conditions - precisely because of this, I really liked the room. The breakfast has absolutely everything you need with quality products, and the liquid chocolate is Nutella! The service from the reception, through the restaurant, to the service staff - perfect. The Lottery is a maximum of 7-8 minutes walk from all possible means of transport to Vienna, without a ship. The hotel is quiet, in a quiet neighborhood. If I come again, I will look for this hotel! Last but not least - the booking price was brutal!
