Great location

Clean, large very comfy bed, beautiful decor. Had everything you needed and the kitchenette was a great bonus. Gorgeous bathroom with large shower. Black out curtains. Quiet. Air conditioning. Free wifi. Although didn’t watch, tv in lounge and bedroom. Close to tourist attractions and public transport. Soar supermarket next door. Cafe across the road and many restaurant options within a few minutes walk.

Lack of view from room. Blown windows and damp patch on ceiling (have photos from room 306). Damaged breakfast bar (have photos). No tea towel to dry crockery. Cold shower water on first morning. Grubby marks on walls that could have easily been cleaned. More English speaking options on tv. Handy if staying longer. Would be nice if breakfast included in price.

Well appointed apartments. Self catering. Perfect Viennese residential area within walking distance of most attractions. Very comfortable and with various stores and restaurants close by. Taxis and rail easy. Be aware that there is a short flight of stairs before the elevator.

Very clean excellent location very friendly and helpful staff The manager of the restaurant was so nice and very customer focussed. Nothing was a problem. Made the best omelettes

As there was a kitchen in the apartment we decided to make some of our meals in the apartment. It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen equipment

Clean and well furnished room. Excellent air conditioning. Very central location. Tasty breakfast. Huge room with plenty of space. Staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome when finding out it was my fiancées birthday.

The executive suite was exceptional, but didn't have a view of the city. This didn't bother us too much as the room was fantastic besides this.

Our apartment was ideal as we were traveling with our little boy and we could make some food for him if we wished or go out. We also had breakfast included and the guy who worked there made wonderful omelettes and was very helpful.

The location was perfect The kitchen was very comfortable Hot water all day Stuff was very nice and kind The room was very big and comfortable

There was a few stairs to the elevator so everyday we need to carry the stroller up and down a few times a day and the luggage on the first and last day. Our room was on the street so the noise was very loud since 5 am till 24 even when we closed the windows so ask for a room to the other side.

1) No chimneys over the stoves. You have to be careful while cooking or the smoke alarms will go off. 2) The WC is removed from the shower area. 3) NO VIEW. 4) Pressure in the shower very low 5) Soap Dispensers not very user friendly.

Everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean modern and spacious. Close to all shops and restaurants.
