Everything was perfect from day one. We were greeted on arrival by Michael the Operations manager, he helped us with everything we needed, explained everything and provided us with a bottle of great wine, there are some parking spaces around the hotel and also a food market right around the corner, this place definitely deserves a 10/10 rating!

Everything about this apartment was amazing, well located, safe, nice decoration and super clean. Michael was very kind, kept sharing updates before the arrival, he was very welcoming and a great host. shared many tips and great things to visit. if we visit Vienna we will sure come back there.

Brand new place. Wonderfully designed. The owner's own paintings. Michael was very kind and welcoming at the reception. We received a bottle of house wine, and there were complimentary refreshments in the apartment. The app works well, you can open doors by phone.

The property is within walking distance from U6 Niederhofstrasse station. It takes about 10 mins by underground (U-Bahn) to Vienna’s city center. Very close to the property is also Wirtschaft market where you can have something to eat/drink. A big supermarket is very close as well. The property offers late check in using a mobile key app which is very easy and convenient to use. We stayed in room 102 and it was very clean, spacious, had an equipped kitchen and big bathroom. It was also warm and the temperature thermostat is in the room and can be adjusted accordingly. The bed was comfy and the pillows soft. Michael at the reception was very kind and helpful. Overall a great stay.

I don’t know where to start, this accommodation covered all my needs that usually never happens let me tell You that. Luxurious apartment just outside of the center of Vienna. Upon arrival the house lady accommodated me to my room and explained everything in detail. Early check in was possible. The apartment is designed with good taste and is equipped with all the needs like AC , kitchen equipment , tv, sound bar and the bed guys o my god! Slept for 11 hours never slept that good not even at home )) well done guys!!!!

Michel gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and recommended a lot of really good restaurants. The room is so perfectly clean with all the necessities equipped (kitchen, laundry, nice shampoo, etc.) and they are all good quality stuff. We like the local drinks and snacks provided too. The location is convenient, only a few stops to reach city centre. There are a variety of restaurants and also a big supermarket few steps away so we can choose to cook or dine outside. We really appreciate the hospitality and that made our trip in Vienna went so smooth and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again if we are travelling to Vienna next time :)

Anette was such a pleasure! She recommended incredible cafes/restaurants that ended up being our favorite spots on the trip to Vienna. When we had a fuse issue (bc of our converters), she responded to my email quickly, showed up at our room, and fixed the problem with no complaints even though it was a Saturday. You can tell she cares a lot about the property. The room itself was incredible - my only regret was not staying longer to get more use out of it! The amenities (kitchen supplies, free refreshments in the fridge, shampoo/body wash, coffee supplies, etc... ) were much appreciated and reception was super quick if needed anything replenished. The interior design made me want to redo my entire apartment! Lol The location is fine - the neighborhood is very residential and quiet, so if you're a tourist just be prepared to use the public transit system!

The shower felt a tad dark as there is no direct light above it (if I showered after taking out my contacts, I would have a difficult time seeing). And it would have been helpful if there were a sign explaining the towel heater.

We had a very very pleasant stay at one of the beautiful Weltwien apartments. Gundula and Michi have welcomed us so warm and gently, we immediately felt at home. We loved to chat with these two and appreciated all the tips and tricks they had for us. Thanks to them, we found the best Vietnamese just around the corner, In general, you can just feel the warmth and joy they have for their jobs. The apartments are super modern and everything is brand new. Even though the opening was only 2 months ago, they thought of every detail and there was nothing we did miss. We loved the welcome snacks and welcome drink, the possibility to excercise in one of the big rooms on the ground floor and the option to do laundry. The rooms are spacious and super convenient. The furniture and the design is very chic. We especially loved the art pieces from the owner's wife. It makes everything so personal and unique. Overall, everything in the house is just sophisticated beautiful and designed with an eye for the detail. Depending on your personal situation, you will definitely find the perfect apartment from the multiple different options available. For summer months, you should for sure get one with a balcony - they look super calm and nice. A safe parking garage is nearby (~3min) and for luggage drop on and of you will get a special permit from Michi - so don't worry about that. All in all, it was just great.
