Location was perfect for us, we were traveling to Croatia and the hotel is very close to the highway. Room was quite big and the breakfast was tasty. The staff was was very friendly and helped us with all our requests. There is a small mall nearby in case you need to buy anything you forgot to take from home with you.

We'd like to have an AC in the room because it was very hot both outside and inside.

20 minute walk from stadium was ideal with a McDonald's, pub and petrol station outside the hotel being very useful. The room was in good condition with care and attention. Nice touch with the mini bar. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in / out.

Breakfast was ok with just enough options but the milk was very warm, after being left out for a while. Not ideal for cereals. No toasted bread offered, limited cooked options.

My second time staying here - perfect location 🚁 as there for an aviation event running 2 days at the airfield across from the hotel. Perfect views , also excellent breakfast, great friendly staff, love rhe spacious room.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was excellent. I was there with my two dogs for a search and rescue training nearby - my dogs were welcome, so were I. It's a simple family and friendly hotel - I didn't need anything fancy, actually I like more this kind of atmosphere.

I stayed at this hotel some years back working with colleagues at the MedAustron facility - just a 20 minute walk away. As I remembered, the staff were friendly and professional and the accommodation clean, comfortable and consistent with a European king bed room. I arranged to check-in at 5 PM on a Saturday and left the following Saturday. The breakfast service was always delightful and the included buffet breakfast selection (breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereals and fruit and a set of special items) more than met my needs (I even enjoyed some scrambled eggs with ham prepared in their kitchen). Unfortunately the steak house across the street was closed for maintenance the week I was there - but there are other restaurants and a McDonald's in walking distance. I arrived at the Civitas Nova train station - about a 25 minute walk. The train service on Sunday required that I get up way too early to make my flight home from VIE and they kindly accommodated my request to depart for a Vienna airport room a day early. I expect to make this my home base on my next visit to work at MedAustron.

Not unusual and not a real problem - a selection of English language channels on the TV would be nice.

It was simple amazing. The room was spaceous, nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious appriciated the Ham and eggs that was perfectly made. The stuff was really kind everybody was smiling so highly recommended. In addition they allowed me to take my ebike into the room. Next time I will choose again this hotel when I'm in Austria.

Breakfast was very good, nice selection and tasty. Breakfast time was very wide, which was perfect for us. Because first day we had to be early for the exhibition. Hotel is very close to exhibition center Arena Nova, suitable in wallking distance, which was perfect for us. Nice restaurant and also fast food opened until late time just over the street. Very kind personnel and very helpful, when we got lost without gps at night on the way to the hotel. We had very nice and cozy room with balcony.

My cat found remnants of salted chips under the bed from the previous guests and vomited afterwards. But that was the only tiny mistake in cleaning.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Very clean. Had a super stay. Would come back again.

It would be great to have thicker curtains, it was very light early in the morning (stayed in May)

This hotel is located in a commercial area near Wiener Neustadt. Gas stations and fast food are nearby. Parking is in the hotel's front yard. Staff is very nice. I was served coffee personally at breakfast, which was very good. Good Wifi, convenient location to all connecting roads.

Everything was OK, we are very happy, we will come back if we are in the area

Only one thing (and only in summer): We were there on july, it was very hot, a little air conditioning would be a good thing, if it's pissible of course :-)
