My room was called at booking.com as Corner Suite but the corner part was the entrance (usually the room itself is laid through the corner. But it was roomy and comfy over all. Not stuffed with too much furniture and nice size of bathroom. I also liked the Executive Lounge - food was nice and fresh, the staff was great and very keen to take care of each guest at the lounge.

Not very much to say here, but some staff members at the lobby area should be trained more consistently on hospitability principles. I was sure they want to serve but they should know how and when to do so.

Everything was great. the room is very clean. the view was not that bad i was on the 7th floor and i saw the flaming towers from my window, the room is large and the bed is extreamly comfy i want to live in it. the stuaff was friendly. the swimming pool is amazing, it was on the 21th floor (indoor) . you can see the sunset from there.

- there is no cast to tv option from the mobile. - TV is so small for the room.

Tried to downgrade us hoping we wouldnt notice. We complained and then they moved us to the correct room. Reception staff could be a little friendlier.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful design, rich breakfast, nice view to the sea. Super friendly and helpful staff! Special thanks to Zeynab and Parviz, they arranged a doctor for me and helped me to recover when I was not feeling well. Very nice hotel and lovely people.

Luxurious hotel, a great location, an amazingly relaxing experience, a spacious room with a comfortable bed, with an amazing view, and great food either from room service or from the restaurants in the hotel, not to forget the professional and friendly staff, and great location, highly recommend it, definitely will be back again.

Stayed in three different hotels in Azn for the past four days and by far this is where I felt very comfortable. Clean and cozy. Everything was just perfect.

The reception had only one staff when we arrived and it did take a bit longer than usual to get checked in. The ladies seemed a bit too serious to be front desk. However a trainee checked us in finally and the rest was good.

We stayed at the JW Marriott Absheron Baku, for 4 nights. It was our first trip to Baku, and we decided to stay at our favourite hotel. The staff was warmly welcoming and very attentive throughout our stay. What stole our hearts was the fact they went out of their way to replace a personal item that we forgot in the room, after we had checked out. The customer care, staff behaviour, the ambience and the food make it our choice of hotel. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Staff were amazing and location was great. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and very tasty. Loved everything about the stay. Will definitely come back!

Size of room and view. We stayed in the deluxe room "sea view" and the view is a side view (the full view was apparently for the rented apartments) and the rooms are really small.

The hotel overall is very beautiful and well maintained, rooms were nice with great bathrooms. The spa is exceptional, so is the pool. Fitness centre is on the 22nd floor with exceptional views of Baku and the Caspian Sea. In terms of machinery it also had everything you may need. Staff of the hotel is very welcoming and courteous. They were also very helpful with whatever you needed. Breakfast was good, but it could have a little more options. Otherwise restaurants are also plenty and mostly were good.

I personally didn't like the pillows a lot, also it didn't get very dark with curtains, there was lots of light coming though in the morning through them. The location of the hotel was not bad, but also not ideal if you want to walk to places. There is a mall nearby which had all the great brands, but not many places to eat at walking distance. Luckily they have Bolt in Baku, which is the equivalent of Uber. Bolt is readily available and is also very cheap in terms of pricing. So I usually took that wherever I needed to go.
