I loved the attentive, caring and hospitable staff. They ensured that my stay was going smoothly and availed themselves to any need that could be met. The location is ideal for entertainment, food or shopping. You can walk to each thing with ease even other eateries other than the hotel. Overall is accommodating, luxurious and most revitalizing .

Well they are just opening so not all restaurants are opened within the hotel as yet. They had a soft but accommodating opening.

Gorgeous remodel! Lobby is impressive. Restaurants are designed beautifully. Good was great. Pool/beach is lovely, though you a right next to multiple cruise ships which dock and depart daily. It’s a busy place. Staff was friendly all around.

Location in downtown Nassau is very touristy and filled with cruise passengers. We walked around a bit, but sadly the downtown area is not in the best shape. This was a great hotel for one night - not sure we’d spend a week here though.

The long wait to get into my room. There was a problem with Booking .com which did not secure the reservation. At the Hotel, I saw several persons, in the lobby who, like myself, had been waiting l very long time to be given a room.

Free room upgrade during soft opening after gorgeous remodel. Lobby is most impressive. Location near straw market, yet somehow away from the hustle bustle of the cruise ships. Has well patrolled private beach for guests only. Nice not to have to go to Junkanoo. Beach. Epic breakfast Buffett !! Fire pit super nice to socialize. Just plain classy. Staff well trained and most friendly.

This newly renovated hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to take care of our needs and make us comfortable. There was a delicious breakfast buffet included. The hotel is centrally located, has its own private beach and a nice pool area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Nassau.

Complimentary breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was great across the board. Hotel is walkable to other points of interest.

Prices on the menu at the pool don't match what you are charged.

The hotel is beautiful. It had a classic vintage look. Every staff we encountered was really nice and friendly. The pool beach and beach area was beautiful, perfect for relaxation. Our room was cleaned daily and we were provided with fresh towels.

The beach bar could have stayed opened later into the evening.

Breakfast: overall was good but cappuccino and espresso shouldn't be extra. Room: standard king facing the ocean was very comfortable but there was a Lin Bering smell of something pungent. Location: perfect

Too much music everywhere

Loved the restaurant, room, and just a beautiful place overall.

The room wasn't ready for us when we arrived. There was some miscommunication with booking.com and we booked a 2 queen bed room, but they didn't have it. We got a free upgrade which was good.

Newly renovated with a really nice feel to it! Beautiful lobby and pool area and really fresh and nice rooms. the staff where also super friendly and helpful. The hotel is just in the center so you can walk around.
