Food was excellent!!!

Room had poor shower pressure and dangerous screw sticking out of patio door, cut hand. Maintenance came up three times, but could not fixed it. Should have received alternate room, and or credit. Received $100.00, not what we expected.

The place was clean and the resort was great with alot of activities. Beautiful sun sets and great beaches to relax on. Variety of restaurants to choose from. The staff was helpful especially bell boy and Vallet. We saw the Rob Lake show that was entertaining. There are bars everywhere if you like to drink. The place is huge and if you like to take a strikk its great. Aquaventure park was a pluss if you like to interact and watch. Rooms Are big.

For a couple with out children we felt out of place due to the amount of families that was at the resort. Food is expensive compared to quality at certain restaurants. Few Bahamian restaurant options. Water quality was sub par at the drinking stations. Its hot in the Bahamas and a liter water costs 10usd. Water park slides have long waiting lines. Keep beach towels because they are always empty. Wrist band machines always broken so you need to show room key to Get into aquaventure areas.

Coral is a nice alternative to some of the more expensive hotels at Atlantis. The rooms are a litte dated but we had a great view. We were also super close to the coral side pool. Everything is walking distance but it can take up to 30mins to walk to the other side of the property. To get to the royal tower took us probably about 10ish minutes.

The staff is awful here. Very rude. No one smiles. People don’t even say hi to you when you pass them. The bus driver even yelled at me for getting on the wrong bus he said “can’t you read”. This was the on premise shuttle bus. So much different than other Caribbean places I’ve been.

Dinner at Anthony's on the side was very good. Went there several times, customer service, hospitality very nice. Coffee at Starbucks was good, just disappointed they don't take the app. Exploring the island!

Didn't like that the rooms didn't have microwave. If you wanted to heat your food, had to pay $17 and wait over an hour to get it back. Didn't like how early they closed the pool bar and pool. Otherwise nice.

Staff was awesome, well dressed, and pleasant. My husband and I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary. 💞 The wonderful young lady at the front desk gave us a free suite upgrade. Room had a 180-degree view of bay and the ocean, three balconies, bedroom, and living room. 🥰 wowwww

It seemed like the water filtration system was being cleaned. Strange odor coming from shower and sink. It did disappear by the end of the week

There was a convenient grab ‘n go snack bar in the hotel lobby. We enjoyed simple cereal with choice of milk provided quickly by a friendly team. My coffee was brewed to my taste and needs and offered a refill by 11am.

On our vacation to find warmth and sunshine, we generally found our hotel rooms to be uncomfortably cold with thermostats that didn’t respond. It was high season and the prices reflected that. No regrets, we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the location we were right in the heart of all the fun. We walked out on our patio to a beautiful pond and looked to our right to see the beautiful ocean and the pool to the left. Perfect location. We also loved the lobby area alot of action like eatery and Karaoke night. We loved the Waterpark, dolphin Cay and the fitness center too much to do!

The casino slot machines are very rigged, not enough roulette tables at Night time. So crowded you barely get on the table to play. We only got a spot before 7pm the casino a lot smaller than the photos show.

Room was close to the beach which was very nice. Views to the Royal and pool was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful!

Not everyday the beach towels were available at the door going to the beach! Having to go to various stair steps to go to the pool area to get them was inconvenient due to problems with my feet. The hotel has a very good caffee shop but we believe a family dinning would be great! As a suggestion at the beach where the chairs are we could use some garbage bins because people leave some harmful waste which could be dangerous if we step on it. This are the only negatives, other than that I am planning to come back with my family from Brazil and we are planning to stay at the same hotel hopefully the same rooms!

We liked the hotel, aquarium, and casino.

The prices were really expensive. We should have got a heads up on $160 breakfast. Not that we would have not came or paid those prices but we were not ready to pay over 5000 dollars in dining bills for a $1300 hotel stay.
