Bahamas is always a great time, we had fantastic weather the entire trip the staff is always smiling and friendly. The food is always delicious!

Really disappointed in the treatment on the beach, service is lacking, not many servers. We had to wait in a line to always get drinks on the Grand Hyatt side. However there service at SLS beach was much better. Also the cabanas are a problem we were charged for the bed and others weren't. At check out, I did mention this to the manager and they did rectify it by removing the charge. Atleast they are very reasonable and solved this issue at the end :)

The property is stunning, made out for everyone, family, couple or friends. Great amenities and service, very nice environment. Hands up for receptionist, very friendly, outgoing and helpful. We absolutely loved the room set up and views!

We liked everything except few things. Breakfast hostess very moody the same applies to the sea food restaurant by the beach- hostess very rude. Manager didn’t impressed us either. The air conditioning at the restaurant was low and I was very cold and asked to be seated outside and was ignored. Asked manager and she never got back to ask or try to apologies. We didn’t come back. However most of the waiting staff, pool staff, lifeguards, towel staff super friendly and nice.

The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. The whole feel was very modern and hip.

It was a little difficult at first to figure out the SLS side of where everything was at first since there are three hotels connected, but once you figure it out it wasn’t a big deal.

Baha Mar is way overpriced!! I liked everything but would not go back because of bad value. Florida is nicer & cheaper

so much to do so many amenities clean and generally felt great whilst there! romantic and a great night time atmosphere

staff could be annoyed by our presence sometimes. late check out not offered because they upgraded our room. the two don’t correlate to me but I presume it comes hand in hand with the general annoyance of seeing guests.

It was beautiful place to stay but what you pay you don’t get that service. Has a lots of good restaurants and night life was great.

Customer service was so so. Most of the employees they don’t even smile on your face like you owe them something and you don’t want to ask anything anymore and there costumer services are very slow everywhere you go even at the bars or restaurants , at the beach too. At the beach peoples used beach towels and trashs where on the tables or on the sands for hours and hours and no one where picking them up and if you wanna order food or drinks there is no one to ask, you see them ones or not at all if they around they don’t come to asks you if you need everything and it was like that for 7 days. if you want to know it’s very expensive place too 2 bottles of Fiji water I got from store it’s $40

Great set up! amazing for adults. monkey bar is the hot spot right in the lobby. privilege pool great for partying! Food is super expensive but amazing and quality!

Wonderful resort and exceptional staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was incredible. Overall great experience.

Because much of the seating at the pools is cabanas and other areas designated for upgrades, there isn’t enough normal seating to accommodate people who don’t want to spend extra money on pool chairs. It was really disappointing to not be able to find pool chairs one morning. Then told we couldn’t use certain chairs in certain areas because they were reserved for guests who wished to upgrade. If the upgraded areas aren’t booked, you should consider turning some of those areas into normal seating.

Noisy kids at the restaurant, definitely not expected that.

Breakfast was very good. Quality of the food and service. I had breakfast included up to $42 per person, but they always charged me for my morning cappuccino despite me being under my limit.

The host at each of the restaurants feel like they run the show. Despite having reservation they made us wait to be seated even though there were empty seats. So much for making reservations. We liked staying on the beach, but it was not kept clean. Too much seaweed and during my stay I only saw them cleaning it up by hand. Not sure why they don't purchase proper equipment to clean this up each morning very quickly. Unfortunately my stay was during a period that they were building a retainer wall. So while at the beach I had to hear the moving of rock and sound of machinery all day.
